I own a business in Newton NJ. I closed 2 accounts and decided to leave 1 account open. While i was at the counter, the teller told me she understands my instruction. I learned all the accounts were closed when I asked my staff to deposit funds 3 weeks after. I can only reopen if i have to go to the bank. It wasn't my fault. I live 4 hrs away. I can't travel just to do this task. This bank is very small but it has big problems. Even their online banking is too complicated (not user friendly) unlike big banks. I recommend clients to go somewhere else. Not worth keeping your money in this bank.
