I have always had polite and helpful attention at this branch. They have solved problems where possible and told me whom to call if they could not.

On 6/17 at 12pm my daughter and I went to my PnC branch in Newton NJ with hopes to deposit my daughters savings bonds into my account. The bank rep a woman that works on the first desk to the left when you walk in, greeted us with “ I have an apt. But what do you want” ok not friendly at all but I proceeded to explain what we needed, (to deposit bonds) she asked me to stop talking multiple times, so she could explain reasons why she couldn’t help us simply cash in our bonds. She rushed us out and really put a damper on our mood. The best part is, we drove right to the Sparta location which was busy and understaffed, but they were so sweet and had zero issues helping us. We deposited our bonds without any issue or attitude. Why was this so hard and not possible at the Newton location? The rep spent more time being rude to us than It would have taken to complete our request. Dear Newton PNC Rep: maybe something stressful is going on in your life and your relaying that in your job, but guess what?! Something stressful is going on in my life too, which is why we came to your bank, and you were no help, only added stress. Maybe you should remind yourself everyone is going through something and you should handle yourself with grace, esp since you are in customer service! Thank goodness the Sparta location has friendly, caring staff who made our day better and less stressful. I will surely write them a great review.Be a better person….Your ruining the reputation of a nice PNC branch,

Can't speak for others however, Chris the manager is always polite and goes above to try to make sure accounts are handled properly for our personal and business accounts. Joe is also really good about getting issues resolved.

First time at this branch. Went inside everyone was polite and service was fast and easy. Not sure why the ratings are so low. Drive in was moving quickly also.

PNC is a complete nightmare!! I tried to get specific information about a loan they processed for me and kept getting conflicting information--none of it correct!! Not even the manager at my location (which will remain nameless for mercy)knew what he was talking about!!! I had to call 5 different PNC numbers in order to get the proper/correct info. The only good thing about PNC is that there is no charge for ATM transactions. That's the only reason why I chose them. Otherwise, people please go elsewhere and definitely do not use this branch!!~

Horrible service.Wait line at drive thru is unrealistic many visits over. Last visit 22 min for 3 cars. Employees are rude. Now online banking doesnt connect half the time. Account information not avail.Try again later. Ive been pnc customer for over 30 years and i have several accounts with them. It will Be a huge inconvenience to move my accounts But I will run away from this bank as fast as I can as I am just completely fed up with almost every asset of their services

Still haven't gotten the penny I left in my account after they closed it on me for no reason... I left it in there to prove that they are shady ... Thieves and crooks they are... If you want to keep your money... Don't bank here!

Shady bank! There was an issue with the Newton bank assistant manager that I had to go to corporate about. It was for clearing a check she said she couldn't and laughed at me and said not to keep calling. I called corporate office and they helped no problem, and I mentioned the issue and they were going to follow up. I then went back into the branch, and she gave me an explanation that I accepted and had changed my 2-star review to 4. Not long after that I received a letter from PNC saying since I have the right to review them, they have the right to review me and said they were closing my account on March 4th. I called the number on the letter. The lady there was very nice and helpful but said that's the only reason given. Cancel Culture at its best. They said I could write to find out more, but we all know it would fall on deaf ears. If you value your time and money don't use this bank. They will ridicule you then cancel you. These types of bad business are why Crypto will take over. I've since found a better bank. Also, I left $0.01 in my account so they would have to send me a check for it and imagine that my penny is no longer in the account. I was able to log into the app. SHADY BANK... DO NOT USE THIS BANK!

this is by far the worst branch i’ve ever been to. the manager is just as professional and polite as if mickey mouse was running the bank. put all my funds on the account for 3 weeks with no explanation and i get a lousey excuse from the manager saying “there’s nothing I can do”. Wasn’t the first time i’ve had a problem with this bank and branch either. Went to make a withdrawal and took almost 20 minutes just to take out $150… Id rather bank with anything or anyone but this place.

This is the worse branch of PNC!! I would advise you to go to another location where there is more staff!! They never have time for you and direct you to other branches. I've had my accounts breached several times and had to open up new ones, which effected my direct deposits! Somehow my accounts edited itself to send online statements and charge me $2.00 each and now up to $6.00!! You try to speak to a Manager or someone in charge and they are always busy with someone else and promise to call you back. I really am starting to hate PNC because of the performance of this location. Bottom line, I had to go to a different location to open a new account which was no better. The clerk (Tracey) did not even give me extra ledgers or the plastic checkbook holder. Just hurried up an opened the account. In closing, I will say GO TO ANOTHER BANKING INSTITUTION AND DO NOT USE PNC!! The right hand never knows what the left hand is doing!!!!!
