She did go in the back and checked for me and said, "We are so sorry but no, we are out of that size." She then helped us place the order online and had it shipped to the store. So nice to have associates that are willing to help and go the extra mile, and be so nice about it! Great store and the workers there are always so pleasant and eager to help.”
