Sold me automatic axels for a manual car. Stated multiple times car was a five speed, wasted my time and money putting in the wrong parts. If you need parts go to Lakeland Auto (now NAPA) just down the street where they have 60+ years of combined experience. Don't make the same mistake I did by going with incompetence.

NAPA always impressed me with how knowledgeable the workers seem to be never see a teenager who just reads prompts from a screen here like at some other parts stores. Always stop here if I need a second opinion on something.

terrible experience. called asking about a part and gentleman was nothing but rude and was no help what so ever and told me the part I was looking for doesn't exist and there is no such thing. went to advanced and they ordered me the part with no issues. avoid this place. go to lakeland auto parts, or advanced auto where they actually attempt to help. maybe they should learn some better customer service and try helping the customer.

The person who we first saw and spoke to as we walked in,"Dave ", said "im busy and need to get something done with out being interupted if you don't mind" .... that was the way we were greated, and it only went downhill from there. He was rude, condescending, and told us he was too busy to mix a $238 gallon of paint for us and told us it'll take two days at least when there was literally nobody else in the store. Horrible experience and I don't believe anybody should spend their money at a place who treats their customers with such disrespect. Besides the point, he didn't wear a mask, when even his coworker (who was over 6 ft away) pulled his up when we walked in, out of respect.

Walked in and the guy behind the counter had no mask on, no plexiglass partition and the other customer had no mask. Places like this do not care about their customers. Bye.
