Seems like a very clean, and efficient place. Truth told I was only there for an interview. While being there for less than five minutes ( I have no drycleaning experience, only customer service experience so this is no disrespect to them as a business.)
This is just real time feedback. I was in there for less than five minutes, and this is what I noticed.
A woman at the left hand side of the store whom appears to be a seamstress. With our hesitation she comes to great myself and a gentleman with a weak supper market shirt on. I show up for an "interview" she was supper engaged on her customer at the counter, she let the phone ring unanswered. Then a few other people showed up to pick there clothing up.
So my my perspective people like the service provided. Super clean place. O the only thing I did notice, the plants need to be watered!

I’ve been coming here for several years for tailoring for my suits, uniforms, and other stuff as well as dry cleaning she always does an amazing job. Fast and always reliable.

I have gotten a couple pants hemmed here and had an overall good experience until today. I am very disappointed with the customer service and honestly shocked with my mom and sister’s treatment at this establishment. My sister was looking to get a maxi dress hemmed for an upcoming wedding (a few inches) along with a pair of pants. We got quoted $70 to hem this dress which was only one layer (no frills). We had purchased this dress for $50. Initially we had agreed for the service but ultimately returned to the store a few minutes later as we felt it was too much to spend on a hem and probably just worth just getting a new dress for that price. No hard feeling just a quick change of mind. When my mom returned to the store a few minutes later, she quickly apologized and politely requested to not move forward with hemming the dress only (but wanted to move forward with the pants). The lady was so rude and was scowling at my mother telling her she was wasting her time and even asked to be paid for it. She even tried to bill an extra $20 on our quote for the pants we were having hemmed because she DEMANDED to paid for her time. Mind you, no one was in the store while we were there and it is a standard to try on the clothing you want hemmed for the seamstress to pin. She was so rude and mean even when my mom agreed and ultimately paid her for her time (the extra $20) for her 10 minutes of service to pin the dress. I never feel the need to leave bad reviews but I’m just shocked at the treatment and attitude from the lady at this establishment. Super disappointing!*UPDATE in response to owners comment on my review:Thank you for taking the time to respond and appreciate your insight on the situation. We completely understand the cost of your time and as I mentioned we had paid for it. I believe the only issue was the attitude and customer service here. To also clear up some of your points: my sister did not bring the shoes because she was in between a midi length or to her ankles which did not require her to have the shoes present. They were between two lengths and were looking for your professional opinion. Also, when they arrived they were asked to come again another time and before they could respond to ask when would be best, the lady at the front changed her mind and insisted they go back and that she can see them. Again happy to pay for your time but I do believe customers are allowed to change their mind and not been told they were a waste of time and met with unnecessary attitude. We fully understand your point of view on this situation and hopefully you can understand ours.Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

Amazing experience here. Got two suits tailored as well as one dry cleaned.From the moment I entered the store, I felt right at home, and when they went to go fit the suits, they already knew what needed to be done before I even said what I wanted. Nailed everything I wanted, and were extremely professional and experienced, and that showed throughout the entire interaction.The suit that was cleaned by them, looks like new!Everything was done in a very timely manner even during a busy time (right before Easter), and they knew my situation, and made sure I was taken care of the entire time.I cannot recommend them enough for not only thier awesome dry cleaning services, but also thier tailoring.

Horrible experience. Have been using for 28 yrs and had the worst experience ever today. Brought in a Velvet jacket purchased from Sundance. Gorgeous piece but when rain water hit it, it stained. Not allot of staining just a sprinkling of rain water. Brought in for cleaning and was told someone would call me regarding the cleaning if they could do it or not. No one called back. Four days later I called only to get an extremely rude woman whom told me that , it was not rain, had to be a chemical and continued to ask me how this happened. I told her it was rain water.She proceeded to tell me it was not. Her "man" who knows his chemicals she explained, said it is not rain. IS she kidding me? We began to go back and forth and she continued to say it was not rain. Then she asked" Who would buy a jacket like this? " WOW....maybe a person who likes beautiful pieces and what does that matter to her. SO RUDE. She then told me they could not clean it, they never even tried. She instructed me to come and get it. I have been in the restaruant business my whole life and know customer service. I would never speak to any customer as she did to me. RUDE RUDE RUDE...I will never support this place again.

I brought in a leather coat that my cat had peed on. They told me they had to send it out and it would take 4-6 weeks to come back and there was no guarantee it would take care of the issue. I said no problem I understand. Prepaid for it. Left it there for almost 3 months only to find out they had been hanging it outside hoping the smell would air out and if I still wanted to have it cleaned i would have to sign a waiver. I would think if that was the case you would CALL the customer and ask them what they would like to do!!! Horrible customer service! I got the jacket back and yes got a refund.

Dry cleaning end of this Co. Would not be recommend from my experience. Not sure about the tailor but a heard she was good. Hope this helps..
