Did an excellent job on repairing my vehicle! Abdul is fantastic and very knowledgeable! Pointed out things on my vehicle that I didn't know or didn't see! Also went above and beyond and fixed the rust on my hood and the rust on my other quarter panel! These are a great group of guys and I would highly recommend them!! Thank you guys so much for going above and beyond! I'm extremely grateful!!

They did an amazing job on my daughters 1997 Infiniti q45. Being an older car parts were tough to come by but they were able to source the parts and put it back together good as new. Highly recommended.Service: Body & Trim

I called & spoke to someone at Midtown Collision about repair work my vehicle needed. Originally the were super helpful and informative. Offered to have the insurance adjuster come straight to the shop to look at my vehicle. We ended that call with me calling the following day to confirm drop off of the vehicle. After that original phone call Midtown Collision stopped returning my phone calls. I left 2 voicemails throughout the week with no return call.

I am so glad new cars come with monitoring so I could see that one of the service guys took my car home. This is not the first time I have had to bring a vehicle to a mechanic but it is the first time I had an autobody shop try to justify why my car was parked in front of an employees home. "Taking it for a test drive" does not mean park the vehicle in some ones driveway in Lake Mohawk.

5 Stars review is Rare however Midtown Collision is that good. The workmanship, the repair cost, the timely process all an exceptional experience. Plus Stephen and staff an unexpected pleasure.
