Service was terrible-- received new homeowners policy and needed to point out to them that the premium seemed very high , compared to prior year, They found a $150 overcharge and premium was reduced accordingly. This year , I questioned an endorsement, and after calls and email , no response from them . I am changing agents.

I was shopping around for car and home insurance and had spoken to all of the big names but decided to try a local business to get that personal touch as well as to support small local business. I saw that the Mitchell agency had thirty 5 star reviews, a perfect score; so I went there.
Everyone was really nice and took my information and let me know they would have a quote for me the next day. I didn't hear from them for most of the next day and eventually had to call them and leave a message. When they returned my call I was told that they were still shopping around my needs and would get back to me the next day. I said that was fine because two days later was my deadline to make my choice.
It has been a week and counting yet no one has given me a call or email. I ended up going with one of the big names. It’s sad as I was hoping the local business would have been competitive and there would be someone I could give a call if I had a quick question or concern.
