Sale staff is top notch... However, Their service department are nothing but con men/ rip-off artists.My girl took her car in because the heater blower motor was making. I'm serious vibration noises. They told her she had leaves in the blower motor.They charged her $400 to take the blower motor out empty out 3 bogus, leaves and reassemble.After speaking with a friend of mine who works at Ray Catena Motors who is a Master Mechanic for Mercedes Benz, he Informed me that Mercedes of Newton just ripped my girlfriend off.First and foremost, there is no way leaves. Can possibly make it all the way down into the blower motor when there are screens up in the cow to prevent this.Secondly It should only take approximately one hour to take a blower motor out and replace it... I guess they are service charges are four hundred dollars an hour.This is the second time the car has been in the dealership for the same problem.Turns out that there is a harmonic balancer on the blower motor that limits the amount of vibration noise from the blower on high.Yes, they didn't feel like covering that under warranty.Believe me , when I tell you if your car needs service work , do not take it to Newton Mercedes. God help you if your service advisor is Linda!!

From responding to our internet request through delivery we had an awesome experience. Let’s start with Keith, who makes incredible builds of the cars at the dealership which makes them special because of the combinations of interior and exterior colors to the perfect selection of options. Sandy was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was prepared before we arrived for delivery helping make the process smooth and enjoyable rather than arduous. Justin also had everything ready and prepared. I like that they are a low pressure group in a fantastic setting.

The Nercedes-Benz service department of the Newton franchise worked on my motorhome (which is on a Mercedes Sprinter chasis). The RV had a number of relatively smaller issues that needed to be addressed. But because the service department was so short handed, I had to leave the vehicle with them forfor about 2wks. Although this was a bit frustrating, the service department addressed all my known concerns and was particularly good about keeping me informed on their progress. I picked up the vehicle today and am pleased to see we're back in good working order againQuite a relief!Kudos to Scott who was the technician who worked on my vehicle. He was gracious and able to address all the issues of concern. I'd give him 5 out of 5 gold stars.

Had to have something fixed on the car when I got it home with it. Dealer did send a driver with a loaner and took care of the issue. The loaner car was never used by me at all. Dealer charged me for tolls on the usage—tolls were from the driver. I emailed and called about a refund. No response! I have emailed several times regarding questions about the issues with the car to my salesperson. Never a response. DO NOT USE this dealership.Response: I had left messages. Spoke to billing. Emailed. Text message. Yes, this was a year ago but no response until I leave a review. I was able to get answers from another dealer and help with my issues other than the refund of tolls. Thank you.
