I was out of town and my fiancé Ian went to get a new mattress. We are beyond impressed and happy with our purchase from Northern Jersey Comfort. Barb and Glenn were so helpful and very kind. They made the whole process so easy and delivery was super fast! For all of our future mattress purchases we will 100% be coming back!!

Glenn was very accommodating and easy to work with! I was able to easily reschedule my appointment without any issues, and even when I made it to the store I did not feel any pressure to buy, as opposed to other mattress stores. He was very knowledgeable and explained the differences in mattress types, and gave us an amazing deal well within our budget. I highly recommend going to Mattress By Appointment!

Glenn carries a great selection at reasonable prices that will surely fit your budget. His customer service is top-notch. This was by far the most seamless transaction ever from start to finish. My mother and I walkedIn there to possibly buy one mattress and we walked out purchasing two with two frames. Prices were amazing!! Glenn was very knowledgeable with all the products in the store. Glenn definitely made us feel very welcome. I have already told my family to go there. Glenn also delivered the next day. This could have not been any easier of a purchase! I will definitely be going back very soon for a new mattress for me!!

Highly recommend using this place. Glen and Barb are amazing. My mattress wasn’t coming till the following week, so they came with a loaner mattress as I was having a lot of family visiting. Best customer service!

Updated review! It’s been a couple of weeks and I love the mattress and adjustable frame more and more each day. I didn’t realize how much pain I had was caused by my old mattress. I sleep thru the entire night now, which means no more getting out of bed to pee.I shopped all the other mattress places in Newton but didn’t feel comfortable. Thought I would just buy another mattress in the box from Amazon. Then I came upon Mattress by appointments ad on Facebook. They listed low prices, and my thought process was Low prices but able to try before but unlike amazon. I made an appt with Glenn and spent a decent amount of time with him. My husband and I tried a few mattresses in the store and made a decision before we left. We did not purchase that day as some un expected expenses came up, but mid following week I texted Glenn and paid over phone. We set up delivery for Saturday. Glenn and his wife delivered and set up the adjustable frame and mattress (King size and that is some heavy stuff!) Glenn made a great impression without pushy sales pitches, chit chatted about regular every day things that made us feel comfortable. Then meeting his wife on delivery and we knew the product we purchased was going to be ok. They are good knowledgeable people selling good products. 100% reccomend

I'm not the type of person who takes time to make reviews but this time I have to, due to the great customer service experience I had shopping with Glenn & Barbara at Mattress by appointment, they were very helpful, kind but overall patient with me, didn't feel any pressure at any time, I felt very comfortable with them and I just end up buying a higher end mattress than was in my mind lol and i love it !!! they very patiently guided me through the finance program which was very fast, easy and took only about 10 minutes to get approved, also they delivered it in to my house in less than an hour !!!I definitely recommend you to stop by Mattress by appointment if you are looking for a mattress !!! Thankyou guys ...

I hate shopping for anything but this experience was the best! Glenn was knowledgeable and just made the process so simple. Customer service was the best and fast delivery. I love my new mattress and the price was amazing. I am a very happy customer and would recommend them to anyone
