Lowes and I are done doing business. If a item is not in stock, do yourself a favor and order it somewhere else. They give delivery dates that are not realistic. You cannot track the items with their app. and customer service keeps you on hold forever and when they finally talk to you, you don't get a answer to your delivery... read full comment

The Proservices staff were very kind knowledgeable and helpful and got us right to what we were looking for, and even custom cut our wood for us!

I usually find Lowe's employees friendly and helpful. I have never met anyone rude or disrespectful. I have bought building supplies, lighting, paint, and many appliances. They respect Veterans as opposed to Home Depot and they have better quality appliances.
