Purchased four cars from this establishment. I recommend the vehicles but not the dealership. Pre-delivery inspection here is non-existent, all tires on every purchase were left over inflated and plastic wrap everywhere. They snuck in third party gap insurance on my soul, my fault for not paying attention to where my down payment money went. Capital one called me to confirm that they did not require any gap insurance on the loan but that it was purchased for the vehicle and not necessarily needed. Alignment/camber issues with ev9 was never checked/corrected, and became my problem after purchase. Dealership pushed appointment back almost a 3 weeks, after arriving to fix this safety issue and waiting two hours, I was told they don't have the means to correct it and me missing a days work for their ineptitude is my punishment for trusting a place with bad reviews. Double whammy.

Bought an expensive electric vehicle from these guys (4th vehicle purchased from this dealership in the last 5 years) and they let me drive off with a poor wheel alignment. So much for an inspection before purchase. Before I could reach out to the dealership a new salesman reached out to us introducing himself as a new point of contact as our previous salesman was no longer with the company. This salesman's "purpose" for reaching out was to check if we are enjoying our new vehicle and have any questions or concerns. When responding to this salesman we addressed our wheel alignment issue. He couldn't be bothered to assist us and told us to reach out to the service department. The service department is steps away from the sales (hell even a button on their landlines) but okay Jason. We contacted service and was booked out almost two weeks for the alignment to be addressed because "it had to be done by a specific person and could not be done sooner" still talking about a wheel alignment here folks. Appointment day finally arrives, and my husband is told everything will take 2 hours including some "system updates" 2 hours later we find out they aren't equipped to align my vehicle and I should call the KIA 1-800 number for further assistance. They could have shared that information when the appointment was booked, even suggested another dealership, hell they could have mentioned the 800 number early on, but here we are.
Major lack of consideration for repeat customers and their time.Take your business and vehicle elsewhere.

We went in to trade in our car and get a one for additional financing. There were a few problems on our end with insurance troubles due to the Labor Day holiday and every place I called was closed except for one—but they couldn’t sign us up because their staff was off for the holiday as well, which is no fault of the dealer, but the insurance company told us to get dealership insurance to carry us through until the staff was in office. Our salesman didn’t know the details of this and had to go check with the dealership. Honestly, if we had known that the state of NJ requires dealers to provide dealership insurance until the individual can get coverage through someplace else (if they cannot obtain coverage at the time of the sale) it would have sped up our time in the dealership—helping both them and us. We were there past 6:00pm and we knew they wanted to be done for the day. Otherwise things went fairly smoothly. Then Tuesday we got a call back that they had not gone through their required checklist to release the car so we had to go back in and have them take about an hour to go through that and ensure the car met all specifications to be sold and released to us. It’s just the little things that would have made a huge difference in our experience at Nielsen Kia of Newton.

Update to the previous problem I’ve had now the power motor has gone out on it and I’m at 63,000 miles. I’ve had nothing but problems with this stupid vans since I’ve gotten it now they refuse to fix the motor in the side door I’ve already had to have the latch on the other side replaced never ever ever buy a Kia. You wouldn’t have nothing but problems with them and this place will do nothing but screw you over.
I bought a brand new Kia carnival 2022 I’ve had to take it back TWICE! Still having the same issues with the van and every time we have called the service department they have been nothing but rude! I bought a brand new car for the reasons of having a car I wasn’t going to have issues with, and if I did it would be fixed properly and without an attitude. I will NEVER buy a car from them again!!!!
