John straightened some heavy creases and paint damage on my grandfather's old truck. Couldn't be happier with the results, the paint is feathered in seamlessly and it looks like a brand new truck again! He'd be so happy, thanks for taking such care of my pride and joy!!!

the guy at the front desk is unpleasant and was outright nasty refusing to let me speak to the owner and refused to work on ym car. told me to take it elsewhere. So this guy doesnt want you talking to the owner who happens to be the one who will be repairing my car. I know Johnny does excellent work but his manager or office guy is an a***

Johnny's may do great work but beware of the guy at the front desk when trying to drop off for an appointment already having 2 sm,all parts of a large repair, he blew me off and said no way we're not doing that and proceeded to tell me to go elsewhere. This place3 cam highly recommended, but the J*** at the counter killed my opinion. If you hire an idiot to run the desk I hope the owner knows whats going on. no more referrals to this place

Turn around, walk away, and vote with your dollar. We were referred to this facility over the last 5 years. The first two small body repairs and paint repair were performed in a professional and satisfactory manner. TWO YEARS LATER....We bring our jet black 2004 Chevy 2500 suburban to be detailed and waxed. We are the second owners of this vehicle, the first owners was Uncle Sam as it was an FBI vehicle. We have owned it since 2011, and have put 101,0000 of its 200, 000 miles on ourselves. The vehicle had its fair share of road dings on the hood, to be expected in 200,000 miles of driving. When we received the vehicle late on a Friday we were leaving for a weekend down at the shore. Saturday morning in the clear light of day we could tell that there were numerous mechanical gouges through the clear and black layers of finish right down to the galvanized metal. These gouges were evenly spaced across the broad coverage of my entire hood, and occur in an even pattern down the sides of the vehicle. We were upset to see damage that we knew was not present when we the vehicle was brought to their facility, Monday after work my wife stopped by to discuss with the shop owner/foreman, and was summarily disregarded, disrespected, and blown off in a complete and utter show of disrespect. We never expected the owner to paint our 13 year old truck, but wanted him to be aware that he might have a problem with his buffer, as it scratched our truck, badly. Instead the owner went right to a dismissive and defensive tone before he even stepped outside to look at the damage that is evenly spaced across the entire finish of our vehicle. Surprised and disappointing in a business we have used in the past. I would recommend that if you have taken the time to read this far, please avoid this business if you wish to hire a professional shop that will stand behind their work and treat you with respect. They did neither today and will never see our business again.
