Brought my grandmother in today for a trim. Was at the door when they opened. The employee unlocked the door from the inside, didn’t try and start to open the door for you, did not say, “good morning”, had her back to me while walking to her chair. Clearly she didn’t want to be there. My grandmother got in her chair, told her what I wanted. Ran a quick errand for ten minutes, came back, she was just finishing up apparently. It didn’t look like she did anything. Barely any hair on the floor. After she ran the blow dryer through it, I asked her if she could trim a bit more. It was the last thing she wanted to do. Had a horrible attitude and a puss on her face the entire time. An extremely rude employee who should not be working with the public!Service: Haircut

Took my kids to Great Clips Newton for hair cuts. Usually go to Sussex but happened to be in Newton. One turned out ok. The other was a disaster. Two different girls, one of whom has no business cutting hair. It was completely uneven. One side of the face was rounded and the other side straight.. the front was crooked. The back was crooked. Razor burned on back of his neck. Didn't get a good look at it till we left. He looked in the mirror and wa very upset. Spent another $40 taking him somewhere else to fix it. They couldn't believe how bad it was and had to cut it very short to even it out. He was is still upset. Never again Newton.

My whole family would get haircuts here regularly for more than a decade. How can you get your hair cut when you're always closed. At least one night out of the week, you should be open late or on the weekends for those of us who actually do work.

I went in with my hair to my buttocks. I came out w/ my hair uneven & up to my neck! DO NOT GO to this place! I hv to wait for it to grow to get it shaped properly!
