After getting a flat on my way to work and realizing my dealership sold me my car without the key for the lock nuts, I had to get my car towed to a local shop. The shop they towed me to was going to ROB me to get these lock nuts off. I called Dan’s and told him my situation and he quoted me at like a fifth of the price they were willing to do it at. When I got there the next morning Lori was so kind and attentive, Dan was extremely helpful when we ran into a hiccup trying to get the right lug nuts last minute, I can’t say enough about how great this shop is. I’m actually going to be moving out of Newton soon and the next time I run into car trouble I will be taking the trip here so I know it’s in good hands. Thank you!!!!

I had a difficult to diagnose issue with brakes seizing: Dana, Dave and Jason were fantastic in ruling out all possible causes and not charging me for unnecessary parts/ labor in the process. They explain every detail thoroughly and truly care about their customers and vehicles they care for. A pleasure to do business w/ them for sure!

This rating used to be 5 stars but it has to be changed. This shop was a place I've recommended! So this was sad. No one hits a home run every time but the last 2 times I used the service were extremely poor. The First poor repair I was left broken down with my trailer and equipment. Then when I brought the truck back, they put me on the back burner for 6 weeks and left me basically where I started the first time I brought it in. Of course there's two sides to the story. But the one of most important sides was they back burnered me. Just say you can't,fix something and keep it moving which is what eventually happened.

* Happens to you, after you read this..... Then it's just a shame period...
I hold no ill feelings just a shame I spent hard earned money for nothing and still find myself going to another shop now.

I can say many good things about this shop. Capable, fair, timely fashioned. But what will stand out the best is that I was sent to them by a family friend whom is a fleet mechanic, (with almost no time to do much outside of his workplace) and the end result is that I have since sent my own family friend there for service. Keep up the great work Daina, Dave, and Jason. Thank you for taking good care of us.
