We bought a cuckoo clock from these fine people. Brought it home,it fell off our wall do my error,not theirs and the owner said we cold have the price of it in exchange. Beautiful people.

When I was growing up, my parents always said that passion for the work you do is the cornerstone of success. The father-daughter team of Jack and Wendy at Cornwall Clocks has a passion for excellence. But, aside from their expertise, their best skill is , perhaps, their dedication to exemplary customer service.Jack, an expert click craftsman, took the time to explain the history of our 1880s mantle clock, give a good and fair estimate of what it needed, and didn't pressure us in making a decision whether or not to proceed.Wendy happily completed our order and went out of her way to ensure our satisfaction.I highly recommend them for antique clock repairs. Their selection of new clocks for sale is also admirable. You've got to stop in!

One can tell when a person loves their job or trade, in this case, it was very evident at Cornwell Clocks. The owner, having completed the repairs on our German works clock, took the extra time to explain the innerworkings of this wall clock and throughout his dissertation, one could perceive that this owner truly loves his trade. This store receives an A+ for customer focus!

Recently dropped off my vintage Haller Anniversary Clock that belonged to my parents for repair. Clock and pendulum no longer worked. Received a call two days later from daughter stating they "don't repair battery operated anniversary clocks, only wind up." Asked for suggestions or referral to another repair shop. Was told to try a new battery, parts are too hard to get and no suggestions for a referral. Picked up clock and no conversation, no explanation, and not even a "Sorry we couldn't help you." Extremely disappointed. After a suggestion from a friend, found replacement parts on ebay. I had high hopes for this place, but talk about a less-than-satisfactory experience instead.

This place is great! Highly recommend. I brought my wall clock in that I thought was broken and would be pricey to repair. The woman there looked at it and tightened something replaced.... And it worked! No charge and was so kind and helpful. I haven't experienced this sort of customer service and honesty in a long time. I highly recommend supporting this local business!
