Ordered flowers online for a wonderful woman's 93rd birthday. I ordered them late at night and I got a call first thing in the morning. Jackie called to let me know they didn't deliver to my area and asked if I wanted her to send the order to another florist in my area. I said no that I would pick them up. I appreciated that she notified me in such a timely manner. I am so glad I told her to go ahead with the order because the flowers were beautiful and the birthday girl loved them! Great customer service. Thank you.

Ordered flowers to be delivered Saturday, 4/16/22 for Easter. The card said Happy Easter. The flowers were never delivered. I called the shop Monday 4/18/22 . They claimed the delivery date I requested was 4/26/22. I was also told my card would be credited. Its now 4/28/22 and still no refund.
