UPDATE: The lack of accountability in the public response speaks volumes. It would be more respectable if ownership was taken for where this place missed the mark. My pet was diagnosed after blood work (which was not even delivered in a timely manner as paid for) and given wrong prescription but clearly there is no integrity here. Please do better for the sake of animals you claim to care for.It’s been months since my visit to this site. I regret ever going with my cat who nearly died after being seen here three times and being misdiagnosed. I have already spoken to senior personnel and taken necessary measures to do my part in preventing this happen to another patient, but I also wanted to take a moment to share my experience publicly for those wanting to make informed decisions. The vets here are incompetent and inexperienced, yet pushy in their sales tactics. One of them, “Dr. Sarah” was not only unprofessional in how she handled my questions, but outright unethical as she gossiped about my case with coworkers in the backroom and mimicked my concerns, seemingly unaware that we could hear everything. This place is dangerously inept and toxic. I wish I had been warned before ever entrusting my pet here. My cat ended up needing emergency life-saving surgery and has fortunately survived, but had he not, I would be filing a lawsuit for malpractice.

My roommate just got off the phone with them. It's been less than 2 years since he took his dogs there and they won't fill a prescription for a one month supply of flea topical solution from 800-PETMEDS. They are trying to scam him into taking his dog in so they can approve of the flea meds... As if I need a vet to tell me my dog has fleas. They are dishonest grifting thieves looking to take advantage of people struggling in hard times. Zero integrity.

I paid over $2,000 to have a stray cat looked over cleaned of worms and or flees fix teeth because he was stray. I was not receiving results as thought. I write review they refused to see my animal until I spoke with the office manager and took my review down. They also held my cat captive until I paid which I tied and they said I was unable to do it that way they wanted cash payment right then and there….. non the less. I begged them to see my cat bc their worries were on neuter not his teeth. I tell them something isn’t right he smells like death. He stuck his tongue out which we had thought was cute in the beginning, but then we realized after the vet refused to see him that he’s covering his teeth because they hurt. If you went under for surgery and was supposed to have teeth taken out, why was this missed? They want me to pay more to have him seen again when it should’ve been done from the beginning. Now my cat is in pain and I had to figure all this out on my own all the cat was sleeping because he won’t let me hear his Mouth. Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau since I cannot seem to Have them help me. Courtesy of the vet. I’m sure if I made an appointment they would make me come back making money. I think that’s what this is all about anyway charge us money!!!!! Poor cat is in immense pain. Regardless of the natural anti-inflammatories I give him he’s been in continuous pain.I have to soak his food like he is a senior cat and he is about 2yrs old . I have to make him stay outside bc he drools and it is very unhealthy for everyone including little children in home. THE CAT SHOULD BE INSIDE NOT OUTSIDE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!We love our cat and only wanted to help him! THIS VETS OFFICE IS FAILING IF THEY NOT DO SOMETHING TO COMPROMISE HERE.

Welcoming, compassionate, and caring- all three things I look for when I want to ensure that my fur babies are in good hands. I have always felt heard, but also felt like the Drs we saw took the time to listen to my questions and concerns. My dogs love Dr Sara and they can be a hard sell!

The doctors there are very compassionate and take the time with my pets! Very happy with the care and how they handle my pet’s issues and answer my questions. Also the online scheduling is handy to get in when you need to!!!!

Although I had given a 5 star review just a few days ago, I have to say over all, it's more like a 3. They were awesome taking me in the same day when I needed to get my cat there, and the Dr's are very pleasant, however, they are horrible with call backs! In the last week I had to contact them several times and still did not hear back the day they were supposed to call. I needed the dosage for my pets medication and who answered the phone did not even know there were different dosage's. Then the Dr. did not call back on Saturday because they were busy and closed at 1pm. I spoke to them at 10am that day. I would think you don't leave until you make all your follow-up calls. Today, I have had to call several times for approval for the same medication and even Chewy has called them and the phone goes to voice mail even tough they are open until 8pm. Last Monday when I needed to see them, they answered right away. I am going away and need to have her medication for the trip. Very disappointed. They also sold me her other medication for 3 times what I could have paid online, unbelievable! I will say, it was 2 different Dr's and each treated me differently. The same with the front desk staff. Most are great in person, others rude on the phone. We'll see what the next review will be...

Never bring your pet here. Plain and simple. They want your money and don’t really care about the animal. Went on multiple visits where my dog was literally dying and this place read blood work wrong multiple times charged us an arm and a leg for medications and visits that did absolutely nothing. They wouldn’t even answer a phone call to tell us what the blood work said, “they were too busy” for a 2 min phone call. After enough of this places incompetence I Called Fredon Animal Hospital and they figured out the disease that was literally KILLING my dog in a matter of hours FROM READING THE BLOOD WORK CORRECTLY and my dog was back to normal. DO NOT GO HERE. They don’t care about you or your pets health, just that they get paid.

This veterinary office is amazing. They took my dog in quickly when there was an emergency, They treated my Dog with care and us with respect. They explained everything that was going on in detail As it was happening and kept us updated with results Fast. I've had bad experiences with other veterinary offices in the past, but.Andover animal hospital is wonderful.

Andover Animal Hospital is amazing! When my dog Sam had his first appointment there, he was nervous to come in and when i told them that, the vet techs in the reception area came to him to give him treats/pets. Last week when Sam had hurt his foot, I didn’t want him to go to an emergency clinic where they didn’t know him so I called Andover to see if they could see him. Literally was seen with in the hour, Dr Brook, Jason the vet tech and the reception staff took such great care of him and did not overcharge AT ALL. Go there and you won’t regret it!!

I cannot say enough good things about Andover Animal Hospital. After waiting over an hour to be seen at a nearby "emergency" vet, Andover took us in 30 minutes before their closing and as a new patient. Nicole and Dr. Brooks were thorough and professional while being so kind and caring. We unfortunately had to put our sweet Duncan to rest but couldn't have hoped for a more compassionate staff to help us through such a difficult time.

I recently moved to the area and my dog got sick. My old vet wasn’t able to get me in but Andover Animal Hospital got me in the same day and were so kind and helpful. I will now be taking both my dogs here from here on out! Dr. Valda Urbonaite was very thorough and helpful, as well as the technician! They were great! Highly recommend.

Clean, professional, & friendly atmosphere! Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been nothing but warm & welcoming (towards both me & my pets). I wish every business had the customer service that Andover Animal Hospital has!

Staff was wonderful, professional, and kind. The facility is lovely. They fit us in on a holiday weekend to see our cat and spent about an hour helping him. A++

The entire experience was nothing short of amazing. From the second we walked through the door Oliver was shown so much love. I had all of my questions and concerns answered before I left. Everyone here loves their jobs and it shows. I feel better bringing my puppy here for anything and everything he needs and know that he’ll be taken care of. Thank you for taking such good care of Oliver and making his first appointment a great one
