Just started going there but nice selection of free weights and some equipment I've never seen before. People are friendly

Sometimes it gets very crowded but there are always machines, which is the best.

Best gym in Sussex county by far. The staff is always professional and the owners are always doing things to improve the gym. They opened a second location, which is another amazing gym in Ledgewood NJ. You can’t beat the price for what you get from this gym. Definitely recommend if you are in the area.
