Only 711 I know that when you bring in a 7-Eleven refill cup they refused to use the scan barcode on it and want to make up their own refill prices that’s not how business works when it says 711 on the cup and it has a barcode you are supposed to use it not make up your own price. Especially since they threaten to call the cops on me I will go to corporate and make sure they learn proper Procedures

I stop as visitor from the hospital near to get coffee is 2 dollars and donuts or pizza is 3 dollars promo she charged me 675 por pizza and coffee I got not soda no donuts either thieves

I just visited the 7 11 in Newton to purchase lottery tickets (& pizza). I have been buying lottery tickets for over 50 years. I read, write, & speak English. I very clearly asked for 3 powerball power play doubleplay tickets. When she was at the ticket machine, the cashier asked 3 tickets? I said yes. She then gave me 3 powerball powerplay tickets. I told her I asked for powerball powerplay doubleplay. She stood there insisting that is not what I asked for, berating me. When she wouldn't stop telling me what I said, I told her I didn't want anything - the lottery tickets or the pizza. She then proceeded to call the police. I am 72 years old & have had a government job for over 48 years. I have never been treated with such disrespect in a store. I will never patronize this store again. Apparently the cashier doesn't know the meaning of customer service or common courtesy. Shop here at your own risk.

Sometimes you just want a slurpee and when that craving hits you go to 7-11... the problem with that is the last 5 times I have done so, the slurpee machine (coke slurpee) is "not ready" and flashing little red lights... NOOOOOOO . I then have to go to quick check to get the imposter coke slurpee. It's not only the one in Newton that I experience this with, It also happens to me when I go to the one up in Branchville!
