“I was surprised by the negative reviews. My experience was nothing other than stellar. Nick and Frank went out of their way to be helpful and make sure the vehicle was safe when I purchased it. There were a couple of issues, which, when I brought to their attention, were promptly and corrected. I would have no problems purchasing a vehicle from them again. In response to the other reviews, keep in mind you're buying a used vehicle. The older the vehicle or the more mileage, there may be issues. I received a six or seven page Carfax report on the vehicle I wanted. It had one minor accident, and everything else was maintenance. Alpine motors did some other things to ensure the vehicle was safe and in good shape. I was very happy with the quality of the vehicle I bought, and with the responsiveness in treatment I received from the owners.”

“After almost 2 weeks of hell trying yo find a car for my girlfriend I went to Newark, NJ and got hit with the old bait and switch from a dealer. I got in touch with Nick who was selling the same car we were looking for and he stopped everything he was doing and drove the car out to us personally and showed it as well as letting me test drive it. He was very informative about the cars history and it really was relieving after dealing with crooked dealers. The negotiation process went smooth and he was more than fair with the price of the vehicle. If your looking to buy a car and don't want to get the run around, show up and the car was mysteriously sold the night before, or getting stuck with crazy fees then you have to go see Nick. The price with them listed is the price, no hidden fees or anything. “I've always been skeptical of used car dealers, to the extent that I usually stuck with leasing new or buying certified pre-owned cars. We needed a relatively affordable but reliable first car for our 17 year old daughter and we stopped by Prime Auto Imports just to see what they had. We live in town, so it wasn't like we went far and had the pressure of coming home with something, so we just took our time look. We found a beautiful Audi for her, which was extremely clean and drove exceptionally well, and we bought it. We've been extremely happy with it ever since.One month later, I decided to stop in just to see what I could get for my pickup truck (which was only five years old) and if there was anything on the lot that might interest me. I found a full size SUV and same as the Audi, it was in beautiful shape. I traded my truck in on the spot and drove away with a beautiful car. Now, I've always been leery of European cars, especially used ones, but I thought "if I can't afford to fix it, I'd never buy it". It helps to know a little about cars when buying used because you know what to look and listen for that can give you an idea of how well a car was maintained (under the car, under the hood, etc). Even so, I took the cars to a local mechanic who specializes in European luxury cars and he took 5 hours to go over every inch of them. Minus a few things that need to be addressed and won't cost more than maybe a few hundred dollars all together to fix (hey, they're used cars and you must expect to shell out a few bucks to keep them in top shape), he told me that I bought two beautiful cars that were very well cared for and his final reports outlined not one issue of concern, minus a few normal wear and tear items.My point is, Prime sells quality used cars at a great price and gave me a fair trade in on my truck. It literally is a "zero pressure" buying experience and Adel and Gabe run a very honest operation (not to mention, they're just incredibly nice people). There were no "gotchas", no bait and switch tactics, and they're extremely transparent about the cars they sell. We were extremely happy with our experience and our purchases from Prime, and are proud to support a local business in our town. Out of all of the used car dealers on Hamburg Turnpike Prime is the best, hands down.
