“They were amazing! I got a flat tire and found out that my Kia did not come with spare tire! It only has a bag with a can of fix a flat & an air pump. Even though it was late in the afternoon & they were busy, Goodyear fixed my flat. If they hadn't I would have had to rent a car to get to work. Wonderful service!”

“I can't recommend this shop enough!!! I have been feeling like I would never get my VW beetle fixed right. After taking my car to other auto shops, including the dealership where I purchased, I was starting to give up hope and was even thinking about selling (but I love my bug!!) I would take the car in and end up with something else broken and the repair not done correctly. I was recommended by a friend, and I won't ever take my car anywhere else again! My beetle is running like new! The process was smooth start to finish. I was informed of the price before any work was done, and what was wrong with it was explained to me in detail and explained again after I picked it up. Kevin also took the time to explain how often I should be checking my oil so that the car can last longer.”

“If you need a mechanic go see Jake. This place is no joke. They have a night drop and late pickup box securing your keys which is nice so you don’t have to rush to pick up your car. They send you a full report with a quote that you check what you want done and what you don’t and hit authorize. The prices were fair considering the Audi dealer would have been twice the price. They sent pictures in the app of the tires in the back of the car and showed what the issue was. They even said they added the alignment to the quote but it didn’t actually need it so they removed it from the bill. They sent a link with the invoice and paid right on my phone. Not sure how many places would be this honest. Just saying I will be brining all of my cars to them moving forward.”
“If you are looking for an honest mechanic Josh is your man. Recently took my vehicle there to look at the brakes because of rubbing sound. He pulled the tires and checked the brakes and let me know the pads and rotors were fine and let me know what the issue was (non mechanical). After all that he didn’t charge me a dime. “My husband noticed that the passenger side rear tire was low, (after driving all the way to New York, from Cleveland to pick me up at the Greyhound bus station, so we needed a hotel room til morning) and he had been having troubles keeping the tire inflated, had even used fix-a-flat in the tire days before. We decided to find a place to get the tire checked out, and see if the tire had a slow leak. The gentleman that assisted us was so nice and helpful, he inflated the tire, sprayed the tire down to try and find the leak, he even jacked the truck up, took the tire off, and sprayed it down again, but found no leak. So, after all his efforts, my husband gave him $10 dollars anyway. We were not confident that the tire wouldn't get low again, so we checked it twice, before making our way back to Cleveland. We made 3 stops on our way to Cleveland, continuing to check the tire, and it stayed perfectly inflated! So, even though not much was done, all his efforts, and the fact that we were not charged for his time or efforts, we would Highly recommend HD Auto Service & Repair for any and all of your auto repair problems, cause they will go out of their way to try and fix the problem... You won't be disappointed!!

“On Friday 2/16, I was traveling from NYC and while on the highway, I thought I popped 2 tires. I was scared, lost and freaking out to put it mildly. I didn’t even know what town I was in. I googled mechanics near me and this was closest. I made my way and thank God I did. The man sitting at the front desk was my guardian angel. Turns out, I did not pop 2 tires, the car shield came loose and was scraping against the floor. He fixed it immediately and refused to take any money. Of course I tipped him. I am so grateful for him helping this out of town, panicked woman. Highly recommend this place. Honest, helpful and kind. I so appreciate them.”
