He gave us information on the vehicles we were interested in and when they would be coming in. Pat asked if we would like to test drive one that was on the lot. He explained all the features of the Rav 4 Hybrid and how the hybrid worked. We are now the proud owners of a 2024 Rav 4 Prime Hybrid. We were never bullied or pressured. Pat made the whole process a pleasure!”

“THIS PLACE IS THE BEST! I bought a car recently, and noticed shakiness after taking it off the lot. Conveniently the dealership dodged my calls for the 30-day repair window, and I was stuck finding someone to fix the problem and submit a claim for my warranty. I called close to closing time, and they got me in next day. I didn't think it would be an easy process, and figured no one would deal with the hassle of calling the dealership, but these guys were SO kind and reassuring. They let me know they would handle it, fixed the issue THAT DAY, and took care of filing the paperwork. Even checked in to make sure the car didn't give me any issues on my way to work. “Running late to work, stopped at Wawa for my low tire pressure and the tire wouldn’t fill. I drove to this shop with no appointment, so I figured I’d have a long wait. Worse, probably needed a whole new tire. They were incredibly nice, brought the car right back, said it was a nail and they were able to patch it up, was able to make it to work before my first class arrived, and the price for the fix was great. I wasn’t expecting it to go so smoothly!”

“Over 2 hours for a scheduled oil change and tried to charge me 95 dollars to plug a slow leak. Then I get in my vehicle and the oil change wasn't even done. I addressed the issue with the service manager and he took care of it quickly and made it right.”
