1370 S Main Rd, Vineland“Nice people, but it would be helpful if they were actually able to scan in dropped off pre-paid packages as an agent for the carrier they are shipping for whether it be FedEx, UPS, or USPS. I have had a few instances when I drop off packages that have a prepaid label with tracking and since they can’t or won’t scan them immediately, the package is essentially in limbo until the pickup carrier scans it in, and almost every time they don’t do that until it is back at their distribution center or even further along in transit days later. If something happens to the package in the meantime, and neither the shipper or the carrier has scanned it showing possession, who is liable? The first thing the carrier will ask for when filing a potential claim is the shipping/tracking number to see where the shipment is, and who has it. They won’t be able to do that if it was never scanned, and they would then likely deny any liability. Maybe I’m wrong but you would think as an authorized ship center they should have to scan packages as soon as they accept them so there is a chain of custody that is accepted/authorized by the carrier for any potential claims.”
“I sent an envelope from here. It was white and I sealed it with a sloppy lick. I put a stamp on it. It was a bill I had to pay for my doctor visit when I had a bunion on my foot. The doctor was nice and smiled. Not sure why he wore a bow tie. I think bow ties are a little silly. They look d****”

2124 N 2nd St, Millville“I had purchased ink for my Epson copier. I put the ink in, and did everything I could to get the machine to print. Unfortunately, it was a goner. I took the ink back to Staples, received a refund (credit to my credit card), which I was pleased about, since it cost $67.00.
I was unable to get the same copier, so I purchased a new copier/scanner/fax that was on sale for a good price. I hope the new one gives me years of service like the Epson XP 440 did.
Additionally, the sales clerks were pleasant, and very helpful!”

“I stopped by to ship a large and heavy package and when I went in to ask if there were any carts available for me to wheel it in, an employee Kwane offered to and then helped me carry it in himself. From showing up, getting help to carry my package in, taping up the box some more, and printing the label, the whole process took maybe 5 minutes. Very quick and friendly experience with Kwane.”
