They charged me over $500 for a radiator which didn’t even fix the problem. Then when I took it back to them to get it fixed again they wanted me to pay another high bill of $850 when another mechanic did it for half the price. I do not recommend this place at all but if you have no other options just be careful going here because they will try to get over on you if you don’t know much about cars

The crew at Haines took care of my vehicle and got us on our way in a very timely fashion. We have been bringing our vehicles here for a long time now and always receive the same treatment. Price was right and the service was great!

Matt and staff took care of my vehicle twice in the last month. Both times I was able to get my vehicle in quickly. They handled my vehicles needs (breaks, air , oil change ,belt) in a professional way. Highly recommend this mechanic shop. So glad I found someone honest and local!! Ty for great service!

Had my vehicle serviced here for the first time. Diagnosed the problem and repaired it all in the same day. Very friendly clean establishment. Got suggestions for future service I would go back to have done. Nice job!

I have recommended two people to go to this business within the last 5 months and both of them were very unhappy with their services. I only go to this place for oil changes because anything else here is extremely overpriced. Due to Christmas holiday it took a couple of days for them to get my mom's truck fixed for her and the day they got it fixed for her they said that if we didn't come pick it up immediately they were going to charge us $60 to hold it. They were extremely rude to her and very unprofessional I mean just go in and look around all of them look like exaddicts, if they're not addicts !!!! I would be shocked if there's not a bunch of drug use going on up there. Ever since the owner passed away a few months ago the place is going completely downhill and I would never recommend anyone to go there again!!! I would tell about another story but this review is extremely long as BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESSI edit this review to say that the first phone call I received from them to pick up the truck they left a message saying they would charge me $60 per day if it wasn't picked up immediately so that whole calling and leaving voicemails in 2 days is not true from whoever counter commented on my review so please tell the truth and you have a great day

My truck was brought there for a fuel problem when I went to pick it up I see running boards are broken and bent when I asked about it the response was what is there a problem and then was told oh we could find a rusty old pair to replace them only after further investigation I see that my rocker panels are crushed and the whole cab has been tweeted now I am told that they are willing to fix another minor mechanical problem to make up for all the damage to my truck needless to say it is now going to be in my lawyers hands instead of them stepping up and doing what's right I will do my best to let people know what I am going through so they can be aware
