If I could give last one star, I would !! if your package gets lost or stolen do not expect them to pay for it ! Order at your own risk I lost $150 because something happened with the package and they will not even respond to me ! I’ve left him multiple messages multiple emails he told me they’re not paying me and then just stop responding ! Just order your sneakers from Nike where you’re protected and they will refund you no matter what ! I gave them multiple chances to make this right before I left this review and they didn’t care. I’m just trying to protect the next consumer who orders from them ! I told them I can send them a picture of my identification that has my signature on there and too show me where I signed for a package and they cannot show me where I sign for a package! Do you know why? because I never signed for a package.

I came to this store In search of a pair of sneakers that were sold out everywhere and I mean everywhere! The entire staff tried to assist me and they were so helpful and professional. The manger Greg was able to check their other locations and had the sneakers shipped to their store where I was able to pick it up without the added shipping cost. This will now be our Go To sneaker spot.

Shai and Gary were so kind and the customer service surpasses five stars. They were patient, helpful and flat out compassionate when helping me find good and affordable shoes for my son, the search was so stressful for me Shai offered me a bottle of water. I’m a forever customer after today! Thank you Woodstack and Gary and Shai!!!

On 4/10/21 I went to this store because I was told it was 1st come 1 st serve , 1 employee came to the door & Said "WE ONLY HAVE KIDS SIZES" BUT ME BEING NEXT IN LINE I went in and asked for my size.. the employee behind the counter said " We don't have men's sizes... Then I explained I just seen two men walk out with those boxes in the bag the shoes come in.. So the manager tells me I need to Shop in his store more often to get Those kind of shoes! Every costumer I watched purchase the shoe I wanted was driving a high end vehicles wearing flashy jewelry seemed like those were the people that were catered to more than the ones that were standing in line since the store open.. I wouldn't recommend anyone shop there because of their dishonesty to potential customers...

Omg. I went to this store for the first time yesterday to buy my husband something for his bday. When I tell you Tahir provided my husband and, I with nothing but WORLD CLASS SERVICE. Professionalism was amazing. I felt like I was in Nordstrom's when Tahir presented me with the beautiful bags along with the bottle of water. I was stunned to the fact that I had to buy something else. For this man to come from behind the register give my bag with the matching bottles of water I was thrown all the way back as I was not expecting this type of service in the city of Newark. Thank you Tahir for providing me and my husband with nothing but WORLD CLASS SERVICE. Your kindness will never EVER be forgotten and we will be back. I wish that other stores can use the professionalism from Woodstack in providing good customer service to there customers.
