Thank you for all your help closing my son's account. The loss of a child is the hardest thing a parent can go through. You had empathy and understanding . Very bad customer service at this branch. I had some bad customer care experience here before but not to this magnitudeI came to order for Cashier check for my business. The teller said it cannot be done in my business name except personal name. I told her I have been doing this over and over. And since I have my business account it should not be a problem, she insisted it can never be done. I was explaining to her that I had done it severally without issue, she said she doesnt want to listen because I want her to break bank rules. I requested for her supervisor who came and supported her that only my name can be on the remitter space and the business name cannot be there yet the fund is coming from business account. It was a very dissapointing situation and they make me look like I am asking for something illegal.I left and went to another branch of same bank that I have not use for cashier check before to confirm if it is the bank policy. The check was issued without any question in my business name.Very disappointing customer service experience.

Farzana was very welcoming, helpful and super efficient. As soon as I walked in, a lady was arguing with her for something the customer was clearly wrong for. Farzana handled it very professionally and having experience in customer service taught me how stressful people can be. Farzana handled the situation much better than I could ever have. Hands down impressive. I hope she reads this and makes her day a little better. Keep your head up Farzana!

It's disheartening to get better service outside of my community. Having something printed so I can bank at this branch should not be an issue and is not an issue in other neighborhoods. It's disappointing!

You can’t even use the atm after the bank closes. I understand the mat it’s a rougher neighborhood but you can’t inconvenience all of your customers in one neighborhood in ways you don’t do in others

Calvin Brewster locked the doors at 1100 when the time on the door says 2pm. He said the covid hours is 12:00pm and although it is not 11:30 he is not allowing people to come inside of the bank because they closed.

Thanks to this branch I am a new member of the Wells Fargo Family!I would go inside this branch to withdraw from my other account and they treated me just like one of their own. I always felt comfortable inside this location. I so happy I chose to open a new account this week.Honorable mention: Amber, the Teller.....She is a joy and very pleasant

It was clean, there was security guard armed. Also another guy there monitoring and opening door..making sure a limited nu.ber of people enter at a time. I think only about 5 people. The manager was helpful. The teller was friendly, forgot her name.
