Worst ATM ever. They recently upgraded it to a new machine but even now there are always days where you can’t deposit any money. What the point of having the ATM? You just wasted money to upgrade a machine that’s not even in use as it should be. Always an issue with this ATM.

I was apprehensive about opening a bank account but Ivelisse R, the personal banker I spoke with put it all at ease. Ivelisse slowly walked me through every step. She made sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable on the decisions I made. Ivelisse is an absolute asset to the company. It is because of her going above and beyond, I will strongly recommend this bank and branch to everyone I know.

All people who work there are super-friendly! However, one of the security guards working there who looked Caucasian was wearing a Blue lives matter badge on his jacket. In a diverse place like Newark, I'd not expect that.

I've never had an issue at this branch. Recently, I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Delgado for the closure of some accounts. He was always professional, courteous, and understanding. I've been using this branch for over 10 years and highly recommend it.
