Today I had the pleasure of meeting with and being assisted by Associate of Personal Banker, Cesar P. When I tell you, please believe it; he was a true example of the Wells Fargo number one Bank Business Rule, Courtesy. He was very patient, diligent in his efforts and completed his job and the business conducted with a spirit of excellence and professionalism. I highly recommend this branch to conduct your business needs. The branch manager was also very polite and nice as well as introduced herself to thank me for conducting business with Wells Fargo.

WELLS FARGO ITS A WORSE BANK YOU WILL EVER COME ACROSS.ME AND MY SISTER LOST OUR MONEY BECAUSE OF THE LEGAL MATTER. WELLS FARGO LET SOME LAWYERS TAKE OUR MONEY WITHOUT TELLING US EVEN A PHONE CALL. THAT SOMEBODY IS TAKING OUR MONEY FROM OUR ACCOUNT.NOW THEY ARE TELLING US ITS NOT THEIR PROBLEM . ITS BETWEEN THE LAWYERS AND US . THEY DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THAT... Sunday December 13th 2020. Went to the Wells Fargo Bank at 164 Bloomfield Ave Newark, NJ to withdraw cash. There are 2 ATMs-BOTH WERE OUT OF SERVICE!!!!! Why management do not monitor the branch to make sure machines are functioning. This is unacceptable!!! This is NOT the first time. This location seem to have an "I don't care" attitude. Message to Branch Management: Remember we, as customers, keep you in business.

It has security in the parking lot and inside the bank it is always clean and the staff is very friendly and they will solve any problem and guide you. I recommend it.

I have been with this Bank for around three years. Thank God the problems that have arisen have been resolved without problems and without taking much time. The truth is that this is a very reliable Bank. I recommend it 100%.

Very good for proximity but not too good for banking services .The only reason I give it 5 stars is just so my review can come on top so ppl can read .Stay out of Wells Fargo cos they suck.I love credit unions .You can't beat that

Waited here today for over 50 mins just to get a cashiers check. It is ridiculous. They need proper staffing .. the staff themselves are kind but because i had to wait so long it ruined my experience. Every Wells Fargo I have been to, I have had to wait for too long. I will take my banking elsewhere.
