My wife had an issue with a wire transfer. We made an appointment, and were taken care on time. They were very helpful and patient with the problem. It took sometime to get it done, because they had to make a few calls. We are very satisfied with your customer service!Thank you!

I really want to know why is there a Colombian flag on this building?! Their employees are clearly all foreign with thick accents but how is it legal for this to be flying over the buinsess where AMERICANS put their money? Also, terrible customer service with no competence, may I add and everytime Im there for the most simple issue, they always have 3 people in the back staring at the screen with my info on it, Im not sure what this means but it makes me feel very suspicious

This branch is usually there for me when al the other branches in Newark mess up; which happens a lot; they are helpful but I would really like to know why is there a Colombian flag on their building (Not USA); most of their employees have heavy accents so I assume they are from there but this is VERY illegal land insulting to Americans. Please fix it

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a modern bank. The bankers know how to do the basics but start malfunctioning when tasked with anything out of the ordinary.

big branch, many bankers, but damn slow, was first to talk to the banker and had to wait 30min, and guess what than banker said :"sorry too late to make a wire transfer" :) I thought its a joke that banker need 30min to make a one wire transfer. I dont I will go there again. I was there week ago and I'm still angry :)
