10/10 !!! I called before I came to get Screws and nuts for a project. I was Greeted by a gentleman who was more than happy to answer my questions regarding ours and inventory. Later that evening I walked in and was greeted by a pleasant lady behind the desk who helped me find what I needed. After leaving I found that I got the wrong screws and nuts. I called and asked about to return policy, where I was helped by a second gentleman who spoke to me with passion telling me to just bring them in and don't worry the right size will be found. Overall : Customer Service is everything. Thank you guy's, I will be back.

Been here a few times now and the staff is AMAZINGLY friendly. Great selection, great prices and a knowledgable staff you can actually talk to. Who needs Home Depot and Lowe's - I got Weber!

Very nice store but when I got copies of my keys I had to go back to get it remade twice because it wasn't working on the lock and wasn't the same edges as the original key.
