I went to pick up my vitamins, and the customer service representative who was helping me was clearly upset because I needed more assistance. My insurance wasn’t going through, and I was trying to explain the situation, but they were complaining about closing time. The manager then started talking over me in a very condescending and rude tone, asking me to leave when I was simply asking for help. She even instructed the other staff to ignore me and not give me my medication. At that point, I asked her to quiet down as she was disturbing me, and she laughed, mocking me by saying that I was the one who needed medicine when, in reality, it was just vitamins. Can you believe they were bullying me for needing vitamins? What if it had been another customer with a real need for medication? They acted like children and showed no empathy or respect for their customers.

the worst pharmacy in all of newark, bad service, you ask them for something and they do something that is not with them. I really go because sometimes it's my turn, but they give the worst service, they don't like to open the secured doors.😡

The service is slow at night, and sometimes it is just outright closed, so if you’re leaving work late and would like a snack or a beverage or anything of any sort you will see that the location is open online, as soon as you get there it is closed.

Every time my Dr. send the prescription to this location, it's never ready when we go there. They wait to for us to check in with the saem prescription that they already received form
The dr. Office then they have us wait at least 20min. I will not send any prescription to this pharmacy again.

Terrible service, I don't recommend it. I had to pick up some medication. It tells me to come back in 2 days. As if the pain is going to happen, I'm going to tell you to wait two days. Incredible.

It takes almost 30 minutes to give me a receipt. It is the worst service and the actitud of the girl was not nice “Marie” I hear it. Please changes the manager/ supervisor they are getting down the business .

Look for a CVS!!!! Absolutely no customer service to get products that are in locked cases. Press the customer service button wait 30 min and go home.

I bought something that I really needed. And at a very high price. Items in Walgreens are overpriced, compared to cvs. Another item I purchased for $12, same item cost $9 at CVS.
