Get there ten minutes before close. One of the clerks is guarding the door blocking entry instead of helping take care of the line inside because of course the hood gotta leave exactly at close time. Not how business works. Not outside of the ghetto anyway. Open til 3 means you will often stay a few minutes past 3. As always though my community is disrespected and most by us. Work ethic and integrity are sorely lacking. If the employees are to leave at 3 then doors should close at 2:30-2:45 and those should be the official hours.

The machine was out of order during my visit. Unfortunately, they only offer letter drop-off services similar to a mailbox. The staff are friendly and provide information, but they're unable to process any transactions due to the machine being down.

Ayesha is always polite and very knowledgeable of the service she provides. The line was long but she got through it really fast , so impressive. The place is clean No complaints !

The front entrance door of my building is secured and stays locked. The Mailboxes are present and kept lock. 10/12/23 at 5:50pm this post lady dump a pile of mail which include someone passport on the floor outside of secured area and walked away. She has access to the building and key for the mailboxes. Can’t file a complaint because you can’t reach anyone at the vaillburg post, and secondly they are super disgusting and rude. Poor customer service

This place stole certified mail that was going to my daughter, I reported it and they keep closing out each case because it makes them look bad, they have so far closed it out 3 times with no update. I got the letter sent certified mail on 5/17/23 and since then it has not left their location as per tracking and they closed out each case I open up on them to report the theft. DO NOT GO HERE A BUNCH OF THIEVES!!!!! Dont worry I will reopen another case and this time go to the POST MASTER FOR HELP if I can give 0 stars I would

Absolutely atrocious! Packages hardly ever get delivered to my house mail an envelope stand a better chance at being delivered but packages boxes manila envelopes hardly ever stand a chance. The staff is terrible. No respect do not want to work. No type of customer service. That makes you proud to live in the community. It is absolutely sickening and embarrassing. This office needs to be shut down or fire all of the staff and hire all new staff that are actually glad to have a job and serve the community.

BE ALERT Most of United Postal EMPLOYEE’S Are STEALING Items Being Mailed. From vailsburg post office On Tuesday March 28,2023 I stop in to mail an envelope. Clerk 3 took the item put the stamp on, she then told me it will arrived to the destination Friday 3/31/2023. Well I got a call from the person I sent the letter to only for him to say the content was stolen because an empty letter they received. I will filled a complain with the better business bureau. Most of the United Postal workers are thieves, it’s disgusting how majority of them are. So many of them pleaded guilty for gift card and other items last year. Be aware

Closing before 5 pm , 4:44 and they are already closing . Learn some professional, or put that you guys close 5pm sometimes 10-15 minutes early depending on how fast we want to .This place use to be good ! It is horrible now , the old man in here is grumpy and the women are rude . The only respectable women here was the lady with the braids. If you hate your job , just quit ! You are in the customer service business!

This has to be the worst post office ever. One of my packages was sent there and for whatever reason, (someone who was NOT me) was allowed to take my package. I’m pretty sure that’s all types of illegal
