I am reporting this post office. We have 4 mail boxes, one for each resident. The names are on the mailboxes. I have missed mail. My mailbox is also super full with other peoples mail. This is a mess. I missed court paperwork because they put the mail in the wrong box. Worst postal service I ever experienced.

It is the worst office that can exist, the employees are super rude. Apart from the fact that they lose the packages, they lose my package twice. They don't try to help you at all, my rating for them would be 0

This post office is the worst I have ever seen in my entire life, the staff is very unprofessional and accuse people of stealing others packages without having any evidence of that, they are racist towards Puerto Ricans and does not how to speak if is not violent. Today I was there with my nephew which got out of there very scared becuase an inccident with the clerk and the manager, which I think it was not becuase of how racist he was and how both of them were talking to me and accusing me of getting a package that I do not have, I am legally disabled and I've already make a complain and, spoke with my doctor and my mom will take action on this because this is a prejudice, racism and I have been a victim of these monsters that do not know how to do their jobs.This place do not deserve any stars becuase let the name of USPS under racist, defamation, prejudice, and hurting verbally and emotionally a disabled person. They do not know how to speak if is like they are going to hit you.

This post office needs whoever is in charged fired trust me when i tell you these workers here sweep things under the rug they LIE they HIDE information from you and super nasty and feel somehow privelaged to talk to customers like pure trash for those giving them a 1 star maybe your experience was in and out and you caught them on a good day but in general this place is the worse put of all the usps stations in newark PERIOD.

My tracking is indicating being at the postal office and every time i go to pick it up they’re saying it’s not there. It’s in the truck getting delivered. The worst service!!!!

Worst USPS ever, very unprofessional employees including the supervisor. They don't deliver your packages and then put in the tracking that the package was returned to the sender on the same day you are expecting your package.

I am considering moving just to get away from this post office. It should just be shut down altogether. I’m so sick of money being lost in the amount of deliveries they “lose” or “deliver to the wrong address”. They tell you to file a claim so that the company that shipped it can reimburse you. It’s a scam and their stealing your packages.

Worst post OFFICE EVER ! Showed up here at 2:45 pm to mail a letter and the doors were shut and the staff refused to open everyone here needs to be fired they are useless , ignorant and unprofessional they do not need jobs !

The worst customer service ever they are so rude. They yell at the customers they speak down to the customer. The manager is never available you cant leave a message because she never responds. Unfortunately the older staff most likely retired but they where the best. The current staff there DOES NOT LIKE TO WORK!!!!!!!!
