I always go there to ship out my stuff and never had problems, but one of the people at USPS started with me saying
"Why did you compliment her if you like something? Keep it your head; I'm a nice sweet person, so I like to compliment people I might say oh that dress is cute or loves those shades
this person had the nerve to say that her description is black had and headwrap or hijab with glasses

The postal lady here is so nasty, like she’s plain disgusting. She’s rude and uneducated. Refuses to help you and yells at you like it’s your fault she’s working there. Refused to help me and dismissed me when I asked a question about the change of address. Horrible just plain horrible customer service.

I'm giving it one star because there's no way to give it zero. A HORRIBLE place, it seems like they are working for free, they serve very poorly and sometimes they even refuse to do the work, horrible. In my opinion, this use could close the doors forever.

They have terrible service in this office, or rather in general the entire USPS, this is the 2nd time they have lost my documents sent to USCIS in Chicago, they arrive at the distribution center and there they magically disappear, 2 times is too many, There is a lot of lack of professionalism and respect for the client, I do not recommend this service and in the end they never give you an answer so that the client is satisfied. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

If you work here you need to do better. You’re rude for what? Find a job where you don’t need to deal with people. Avoid this place at all costs if you wanna save yourself a headache it’s not like they’ll help you anyway. Pretty pathetic to be rude and pretentious yet suck at your job.

My name is Gaudys Joya, i get services at. united states postal service aironbond 279 ferry st. Ste 4 Newark.I really do not recommend the service, it is terrible, I went to send a suitcase, the lady who attended me was far from friendly, she was very rude, we had to go a second time after putting the data, the 2nd lady who attended us said that I must wait an hour until the Mrs. the one who attended me first come, became the colleage said that the first one told me i need a padlock, that is not true, she only told me about the suitcase wheels.The delicate thing for me is that previously they told me that the cheapest option was the one that arrived in a week. The lady on the screen showed me 3 options after weighing and entering the data, the 3 options were one that said $24 another $84.25 and another more expensive. I told her please the option in which the package arrives in 1 week, I thought it was the $24 option, she told me vervally and I had to pay the $84.25 option, which she said was the cheapest and that it arrives in 3 days. Also I notice other client in the other window, the lady said, you see it, with patience it been done, so that let me think also with him was the same.There is a difference in the information given, it makes me think that I was not charged for the cheapest option, without counting the bad service, I recommend the managers or change people, or train the staff to provide optimal and efficient service, and meanwhile, customers to go to any other office.

I'm here now. It's 8:05am on a Tuesday. It's not a holiday. The Post Office isn't open. They're supposed to be open at 7am. No one is here. The door is locked. Looks like the employees just decided not to show up for work today. What a waste of time, I wake up early and drive all the way out here to ship packages and these people don't even come to work.
