BAD SERVICE! The employee on the right last cubicle was more into her phone than giving service to the clients. Had to go to the postal office in downtown Newark.

The postal lady here is so nasty, like she’s plain disgusting. She’s rude and uneducated. Refuses to help you and yells at you like it’s your fault she’s working there. Refused to help me and dismissed me when I asked a question about the change of address. Horrible just plain horrible customer service.
