Drop trailer , walk paperwork inside
I dropped trailer and got yelled at because apparently it's a shared street. (12am)
Switcher driver was rude and obnoxious. ( Old white gentlemen)
Right after he moved my trailer another truck parked in the same spot and did the same thing but didn't get yelled at.
Quick unload, but left the inside of the trailer a mess, owner operators beware , they aren't kindly to outside carriers .

OTR: No overnight parking. Drop trailer prior to check-in. Shipping office on north end, thru the chain gate. Must provide a Government issued ID to pick up paperwork per TSA / HSA. Bathroom available. Load will not be ready no earlier than one hour before appointment time. It's likely not early. Can wait for loadout. BT to corner, along the side street away from the Receiving Docks. Busy location. The load is light and presealed.

You may think you went the wrong way but it’s tucked away at the end of the area. You’ll have to drop your trailer right at the entrance, park and go get the paperwork. I didn’t have any issues. Arrived at the appt time but it wasn’t ready for about another hour after. No big deal for me. Extra sleep.

When you arrive with your discharge time, everything is fast,But the person who brings the yard truck that moves the boxes, behaves very badly with those who do not speak English, insults us and verbally assaults us, it is a bad experience to deal with that person

This place is full of arrogant fools who treats drivers like dogs. Even dogs are treated better. Until you dont say anything back you are good but if you cant take disrespect and disrespect them back they will cancel load at that same moment and They will not pay your TONU stating driver cant behave. Can someone tell these arrogant idiots do they know how to behave or respect drivers. ???? BIG NO....Stay away and dont waste your time picking freight from here specially at night. You will be cursing that night of course unless you are OK with bullying and being disrespected.
