“good communication and genuine understanding. they got to the problem with my truck and were able to give me a number of options with regards to repairs. the mechanics are very professional and keep you in the loop. each time i called Bobby, i never heard a second ring, regardless of what time it was. he’s genuine about his business and doesn’t sugar coat. he lets you know what’s wrong and gives you the best way to fix it. they were thorough about my truck and i should be getting it back today. come to Jersey a lot and am relieved that i found an honest shop to take my truck to.”

They went beyond and above to give my Mustang a second life at a very reasonable price that I wouldn't expect even before the inflation. “My car broke down in South Kearny on the way to NY (about half an hour from home). It was a Saturday at 5:30, cold and rainy, and there was no help to be found nearby. Called this place up and they said it would be $100 (for an SUV that's a great rate) and they'd be there in an hour or so. They got to us within 35-40 minutes and the driver was kind enough to take my husband, myself, and our cat along for the ride. Can't tell you how grateful we were for the lift, and for the speed at which everything was done. I didn't catch the driver's name but I just gotta say, thank you so much! P”

“The owner towed my Freight shaker and My load after I was t-boned by a SUV that ran red light. I never had experience that everyone is posting he not only gave me some where to lay down till my truck got back on road but he went out his way to take me get supper and lunch. He also delivered my load to Pfc so I could get back to my family after my truck got fixed. Treat people the way u want be treated!!”
