The worst home depot store, terrible service, I always buy online 1 day in advance to pick it up the same day so I don't have to go into the store and even so, when I go to pick it up 1 day later the order is not ready and you spend more than 1 hour waiting for someone to do something, or give you an answer. And the number of people outside that come out behind you when you're going to the car is scary, you say it and they stay on top of you even though you say NO, run away from that store.

The worst service all around!When you call the store, you're put on hold and no one ever answers. When you go to the store and ask about your order delivery and install, it takes about 10 minutes or more to get an answer from a knowledgeable associate that has any idea of how delivery installation orders work. I have placed a delivery order in June 2023 and it's now August 2023 and I have yet to receive the delivery to my home to be installed. Do not waste your time at this location, and go anywhere but this location as customer service level is the absolute worst.

No carts... everyday is an struggle to get a cart. You will spend between 30 to 40 min trying to find where you carry materials

Not my favorite location (especially in comparison to the super store location in Vauxhall/Union). Do not dare to ask a question - some of the employees are not helpful. Despite that, I've been here twice in an attempt to get a spare key made and both times I was told they're either out of a particular key or the machine was not working.

Scheduled delivery with them is a disaster. Don't trust that it will come within the time window they give. Don't trust that it will come there even that day. The driver carrying my items called and said he was ten minutes away. No one came. No one answered the phone. I called the store and after being put on hold for a half hour, they tell me the driver never picked up the items in the first place. Delivery was rescheduled the next day. The same guy calls the next day, outside of the time window, and drops off the items. It was the same guy from before that I spoke to on the phone, so I asked him what happened. He said his truck broke down, and that his phone also broke. From what the store told me, I knew that none of that was true, and it gave me real pleasure to ridicule him for lying to my face. My work got delayed for a day and I'll probably waste a couple more hours lodging a complaint. I wouldn't usually waste my time complaining, but this was truly insane.

Horrible people in here. They need new management! A line of over 20 customers. The cashier just walks away and leaves everyone in line with no explanation for over 10mins. Then comes back and starts to have a conversation with her friend for another 5mins. Not until people spoke up ", then the cashier got back to work. Wtf

worst check out lanes ever. .. lots of employees but nobody attending to customers, it took me more than 35 minutes to pay and leave store it's incredible, even fast lanes we're closed

No concept of customer service experienced at other stores in the area. If it were not a time-sensitive matter I would have traveled the extra miles to Vauxhall or Union (or Lowes). Long lines, two cashiers, no self-service… no sense of urgency. I can’t believe Home Depot puts their brand on it.

I don't think they even deserve a star, mother fucker mind people business more then how they do there job they are so good at bing news and keeping there coworkers inform about people businesses it's unbelievable and go there to ask a questions about a product they can't even tell you jack or go into one of the of oils and ask them something they got an Attitude but yet they can mind your business s*** sucks there Toxic.

Love/hate relationship with this Home Depot. - Expect long lines. - I always have a hard time locating what I am looking for. Sometimes you can find a helpful employee, but don't count on it. Most of the people on the floor are unhelpful, and you'll spend longer than expected looking for someone to ask your question to. - They are almost always out of various types of keys. - there's a ton of people in the parking lot looking for various work

They are understaffed at this location and the lines at any time of day are always long. They have a good garden section as I get alot of my plants from here. As long as you don't need help of any kind from their associates you're good.

Don't believe what any of the Home Depot Installation sales reps tell you about their windows/doors "Double Lifetime Warranty." It's simply not true. Labor is not covered beyond 1 year! Look at their contract verbiage below. When I inquired about the discrepancy, this was my reply: "My understanding is the line references our lowest warranty that was available on an American Craftsman window which is 1 year and the others would in essence be an upgrade to it. I can assure you having been with Home Depot in the window installations business for over 8 years now they consistently favor on the side of taking care of the customer including any service concerns and issues." It's b******* because the salespeople will be long gone by the time you file a claim. It's what's in the contract that you sign that matters in the eyes of the law; not a marketing brochure or said in an email. Plygem/Simonton's customer service rep, Mikka, told me that they get lots of complaints from unhappy customers when Home Depot does not honor the warranty. Moreover, they told me HD's (underpaid) subcontractor installers make a lot of mistakes. All confirmed by Simonton's supervisor, Lori Hendershot. The 6500 series window itself is warranted for 20 years and prorated afterwards. This is taken from their contract. Workmanship is only for 1 year! 7. WARRANTY AND LIMITATION ON WARRANTIES: (a) Warranty: Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, Home Depot warrants for 1 year from the completion date that all Services shall (i) be performed with good workmanship and (ii) conform to the requirements of the Agreement. During the warranty period and within a reasonable time after receiving notice from You of a warranty claim, Home Depot may, at its sole option (i) correct or replace each Defect, or (ii) remove each Defect and refund the full purchase price thereof to You; provided, however, that all warranties are voided if (1) anyone other than Home Depot or Service Provider performs work upon or otherwise modifies any materials or Services provided under this Agreement, or (2) You fail to pay Home Depot as provided in this Agreement. (b) Limitation on Warranties: THE WARRANTIES PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT ARE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE FOREGOING EXPRESS WARRANTIES CONTAINED IN PARAGRAPH 7A, IN THE WARRANTY SECTION OF THE AGREEMENT, IF ANY, OR IN THE STATE SUPPLEMENT, IF ANY.
