I absolutely love my apartment! The spacious layout, modern amenities, and attentive management make it a fantastic living experience. The location is convenient, and I appreciate the overall positive atmosphere in the community. Highly recommend!

TRASH! Unkept building. Nothing truly works long term. Too cold in the winter and too hot in the summer. The management doesn’t want to upkeep the building especially the African lady in the leasing office. Washing machines, always take your money. Terrible.

I recently had the pleasure of applying for an apartment at Pavilion Towers, and I must say that my experience was truly exceptional. From the very first moment I called the management office, I was greeted by a warm and friendly front service desk personnel, whose name unfortunately slips my mind. Nevertheless, her helpfulness and professionalism were second to none.What really stood out during my apartment application process was the outstanding customer service provided by Synthea and Nadia. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a smooth and hassle-free experience. Despite being a newcomer from out of state and the challenges of coordinating everything remotely, they made the entire process fairly simple and stress-free. They patiently worked with the documents I had, providing clear guidance and prompt responses to all my inquiries.To top it all off, I was fortunate enough to secure a newly renovated apartment with an absolutely breathtaking view. The level of quality and attention to detail put into the renovations was evident from the moment I stepped into my new home. The excitement I feel every time I look out of my window is truly unparalleled.Overall, I am grateful for their assistance and thrilled to call Pavilion Towers my new home. Will send reviews after 6 months here!

I've been living here for a few months with friends living here for years. The staff is responsive and so is maintenance. I've had two minor complaints while being here and one they sent someone within minutes. I was shocked they came so fast. The other took a few days, understandably so. Cynthia in the leasing office is awesome. The security is friendly. The only thing i don't like is that our packages are no longer in the mail room, but that's due to other tenants complaining about not being able to access the mailroom at certain times. Personally, I like the idea of having our packages locked in a room during certain times. Can't please everyone. Lol overall I like it here and my view from the 19th floor is amazing.

One of my biggest mistakes in LIFE was moving into this place. I can not sleep because of how HOT this place is, it unbearable, I am constantly getting sick and congested.They control the heat and they do not care. Even in spring days with 50-80 degrees weather the heat will be on and HIGH. IMAGINE living like that! I cannot sleep, I am constantly getting sick! My poor lungs!There is always a water "emergency "they have to shut it down, water gets brown..The place is infested, roaches, water bugs, mice. It doesn't matter how clean u try to keep your place... THE place is infested!They are "fixing" everything besides what needs to be fixed while they raise the cost of parking and everything they CAN raise..The laundry room is terrible. Maybe 10% of the machines work for a building (A) with 20+ floors... make it make sense...New management has turned this place to a 'PRISON" cameras everywhere. Camera in the trash room, camera in the halls, A COMPLETE CONTROLfreak.. when they reopened the gym..They are "doing too much" yet not enough... the place is just a facade. They make it "look good" on the outside but this place is HELLLL.DO NOT MOVE HERE, I AM praying for the day I can leave while my health seems to be deteriorating

I’ve lived here for 8 years and the only thing keeping me here is the amazing rent. Other than that, management is wildly unprofessional and non-responsive. The website likes to highlight a secure community with surveillance; my car was vandalized directly in front of the B building and when I requested footage for my insurance, the manager of the building informed me one week after my request that the cameras were in fact on during the time of the incident but there wasn’t tape in them to record… rendering them pointless some would say. My car was parked on the street because I was waiting to be approved for parking in my building… was on the waiting list for over 1.5 years with minimal to no follow up on the office’s end. I could go on and on about the lack of empathy and human decency demonstrated bg staff but there’s only so much time in the day. Continuing on the topic of security, know that the most secure items in this facility are your food orders and mail because food deliveries aren’t allowed upstairs for “resident safety” and residents aren’t allowed to access their mail for mail safety. I’d call it a glorified dormitory but that would be disrespectful to dorms. I’m praying for more funding for this building because honestly that’s the only way anyone will care enough to fix this big beautiful mess of a “home”.

I’ve lived here for 8 years. Management is wildly unprofessional and non-responsive. I was on the waiting list for over 1.5 years for parking in my building. Food deliveries aren’t allowed upstairs for “resident safety” and residents aren’t allowed to access their mail except between 9am-6pm for mail safety. I have gone over 5 times without heat or hot water for longer than 24 hours. Please do Not Rent Here.

Lived here for years now, unfortunately this building (B) is not maintained. Everything from the laundry room to heating system is a gamble. No matter how clean you are, you’ll still have issues…extermination is a joke. Looking to move out as soon as I can.

Beautiful building inside and out! Apartments are spacious, great location, and outside garden area is unmatched for city living!Management and maintenance team are always there to help with anything i’ve ever needed. Nadia, Synthea and Jorge are really the best & are so helpful!Plus the new gym is really so beautiful and has everything I need with classes and personal trainer!

Twin towers designed by architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe (1886-1969) who also designed the nearby Colonnade Apartments. Construction started in 1958 and was completed in 1960. The Pavilion Towers and the Colonnade Apartments offer the rare opportunity to see original residential buildings designed by the last head of the Bauhaus in close proximity to New York City.

My experience with Pavilion Towers, and specifically with PM Nadia H. has been extraordinary! An elderly family member chose this facility, more than 15 years ago, to make her place of residence. Since that time, the security, maintenance, and management Teams have been very responsive, pleasant, and have helped to make her stay a very pleasant one.Having dealt with PM Nadia for more than 5 years, I've found her to be professional, responsive, and caring...which are qualities not always found when dealing with Property Managers.If you're contemplating a move, check out Pavilion Towers...you WON'T be disappointed!

Security sucks asking for masks. I understand it's a Newark Mayor mandate but as a vaccinated tenant I'll not wear my mask in my residence. I did called police and they said that police isn't involved with any resident refusing to wear a mask. So nothing security can do if you refuse to wear it. Let's stop the government game. Vaccine or mask. Not both. If someone wants to be safe they should be vaccinated. That being said there's nothing security or management can do against you if you make the decision of not wearing a mask. That's not in our lease. Also when you go to Walmart or any other public place mask isn't mandatory so what's the point???
