For whatever reason they have cars parked in the drive-thru, I pull up waiting for at least 10 minutes until the security guard tells me to come inside and I'm like wait. Why is it closed, yet cars are parked in there and appear as if the drive thru is open. I sign in and need to speak with a customer service person and as I type this review it has now been 1 hour of waiting. I literally waited in my car because there were no seats to sit in. I would not recommend this branch because it seems this branch is just too slow. There's staff everywhere, but the service is very slow. If you can drive to another town, I would advise this.

If you have the option to drive 0.1 to this TD vs 5 miles to a TD bank outside of Newark.... Go outside of Newark because this is literally the worst TD branch I've ever been to. Faulty ATM machine that ate my cash. Been waiting over an hour to speak with "customer service" to resolve a forced deposit issue that only requires a quick audit on the lobby ATM. DONT COME HERE

The absolute worst bank im new jersey, they never have any tellers available, I've never cane and just handled my business irs always an issue at this bank they should just close it ,don't waste your time going there

This location could never help me. Asked for a blank check & the women goes "we ran out" I said okay how can I go about getting on? "Try a different location". Okay can I please have change for $100 bill. $20 please. She gives me all $5's. As a business owner myself I would do some new inventory so I have enough supplies to take care of my customers && rehire a whole new team! Lack of customer service. Never again.

I'm writing this review here in the hopes that at least one person sees it and goes elsewhere. This branch has wildly incompetent staff, to the point that I'm absolutely terrified to think how much money goes through their hands. One of their project managers, Lissette Morales is the biggest racist that I ever met in my life. She should be removed from this bank I wonder how many times she treated customers so poorly. I will no longer be banking with td bank it's a garbage bank.

Went to deposit a check, waited for 1.5 hrs, got the text that I'm third on line, waited for another 45 minute still no call. Got tired returned home, never experienced that long to deposit just a check and returned without depositing.

Every time I come to the drive-thru I sit in line for at least one hour. It has now been 25 minutes since a teller has come to the window to help a customer. If you call inside to complain they just don't answer the phone.

This branch is severely understaffed. The wait to see an account manager is over 40 minutes and the time it takes to get your account problems resolved is even longer. I came here at 8am and didn't leave until 9:47am. Do not come here if you want to be in and out. This is definitely NOT America's Most Convenient Bank.

This branch is terrible. They never are fully staffed. The drive thru is always closed. This morning I arrived as soon as they were open. I had two ppl in front of me. The guy that was there was new and all by himself. Meanwhile there were 3 other staff there sitting at their desks. They could not assist him. I am unsure if they even knew how. It took me 25 mins before I got to him. When I got to him he couldn't help me because he was unfamiliar with how to do the transaction. He was very kind as he attempted to call his manager to walk him through the process but I was pressed for time. The branch should not allow him to be all alone knowing he wasn't fully knowledgeable of how to perform all tasks. Saturday morning are busy with all sorts of transactions. The line grew longer and longer. I ended up leaving and going to another branch who was able to assist me with my transaction. Mulberry Street Newark TD has to do better.

This happened a year ago, but I didn't get a chance to write this review until now. I got mortgage through this branch for my co-op purchase, and it went through pretty seamlessly. When my sister decided to purchase a property, I suggested the same branch and, for some reason, the process was completely painful. But, we closed and that was all that mattered. During this process, my sister had expressed interest in purchasing an investment property and they encouraged us to come back to them. So, we did. However, the girl who submitted our loan application did not indicate that it was for an investment property and my sister's second home purchase fell through and the sellers threatened to keep $10k of the down payment because they kept delaying the closing only to find out that we couldn't move forward with the purchase because the associate who submitted the loan application submitted it improperly and my sister could not use the funds in her account for the downpayment. The bank did not take ownership of this error, only that there was nothing they can do for us except refund us the appraisal. The people who work on the lending side are completely incompetent and TD really needs to do a better job in their hiring process.

Fast service. Customer servivr were very helpfull with getting some past statements printed out. Gets busy at 5pm, so I'm thankfull they're open late. I think the 800 line can learn a few from this branch.

This bank is disgusting - their excruciatingly exorbitant fees should tell you that they profit at their customer's expense. Over and over again I call their customer service, who seem pleasant enough. Yet over and over i'm given incorrect information about how to avoid said fees, follow their instructions, only to be hit again with the same exorbitant fees. Never have I experienced such issues with a bank and I do regret opening this account at all. Save yourselves the headache and frustration and take your business elsewhere.
