“My experience was smooth and seamless. I made my reservation last minute so the desired vehicle was not available. The agent was able to get me into a bigger van, which worked out perfect since my couch would not have fit into the initial rental. I was in an out in a few minutes, returned the car after hours and received my final bill exactly as agreed. I will surely be using this service again in a few weeks.”
