This is really a pathetic car wash if you could call it that. It doesn't match the photos. It probably will damage your car, it doesn't even remove debris, it just sways back and forth. Find somewhere else, i was duped

One of the best car washes in the area. This is one of the few places where they manually spray rinse your car before the brushes come in contact so scratching is extremely minimal (all automated car washes will give your car micro scratches no matter what they say).

The Girl at the front is just miserable. Doesn't speak after spending 10 minutes getting set up despite being open for 15 minutes already. Wash was good but they should consider paying her she might be happier.

I was incredibly disappointed by my interactions here and left without getting a service. I called and asked for a price yesterday, and explained upfront that someone had been sick in my car. I spent a good amount of time doing an initial clean st home. and came in based on being told that the base price was $113 and that they would evaluate it and it could be more. I inquired how much more (although the gentleman now asserts I did not), and got a vague response which should have warned me. I arrived and the person in charge took a very cursory look at my car and asserted a price of more than double. I got the original person on the phone and they were argumentative and unpleasant. When I commented this was very close to bait and switch he went crazy. I think this is actually the exact script for bait and switch. Treated me like I was wrong, was demanding something unreasonable, didn't know what I had said, and most importantly didn't offer anything at all in exchange for my objection to price, not one penny. What a horrible experience. I don't even have any funny quips this time. Just awful. I would give negative stars if possible. PS Drove away and went down the street to a newer business that offered a $50 less price on the spot, no drama or rudeness, and they did a great job, car looks and smells great inside and out--so even with an over 20% tip, still came out ahead. So glad I didn't cave and drove away, don't go to Skyway!

GREAT EXPERIENCE.. I went there on a Friday morning just before lunchtime and I got a $8 wash for the exterior and wheel shine!! Update: I came back and showed Ms. Cynthia my review and she was so pleasant and even though it was very chilly, she greeted me with a smile and she suggested me to get the lava package because it's ladies day so my wash was only $7, Ms. Cynthia can sell me anything and I would buy it, a smile and good energy goes a long way!! I love when workers enjoy their jobs especially when they have to work outside!! SKYWAY YOU GUYS ARE MY ONE AND ONLY CAR WASH THAT I WILL BE GOING TO ONCE THE WEATHER GETS WARM!! I will be back very soon!!! I WILL CONTINUE TO SAY GREAT JOB!!!

If your car is too low, the attendants still tell you to drive through. Makes sense right? Scrape your bumper and potentially damage components under the car but at least the car is clean. Wonderful logic!

Without reservations, I will admit, I am a satisfied customer. I take my car here at least once a week and I get the same results every time. When I arrive Cynthia is there to greet me with a smile. She makes sure to pre-spray and lather my car before the wash.. She makes my day. Thanks Cynthia. In addition the car wash is small but does a super job at cleaning my car and the prices are unbelievably affordable. I have no complaints what so ever. The best car wash in Newark... 1st timehere and it does better job then most hand only car washes .. my rims came out really clean.. Cynthia was the best in advising what I should get for my ride... Definitely placed this in my Top 2 car wash place to go... Ooh they have vacuum machines because you know it's never ever done right so get a wash park in front of the vacuum machine and finish up yourself or get the full full service from them and sit back watch the job done right.. MUST TRY

Pulled up at entrance & began to offload my belongings so they’ll be able vacuum & wash w/hinderance & the ticket girl kept pestering me to move my car before I could even secure my belongings. I acknowledged her the first time but she had no patience for a first time customer. I just decided it wasn’t worth it & found another car wash place. Her attitude was just unnecessary.
