Clayton was AWESOME. He greeted me with a smile and wished me a happy birthday. He let me know that the 4 series was taken and he provided me a replacement for free of charge. I've found my favorite rental company. Firstly, they offered the most competitive pricing compared to other rentals. Secondly, the booking, pick-up, and drop-off processes were incredibly smooth. The car was fantastic—I even received an upgrade and thoroughly enjoyed my ride. Highly recommended!
