I recently visited Save Smart, and while they have a good selection of home goods, my experience was mixed. The store offers a variety of items that cater to different home needs, making it a convenient place for one-stop shopping.However, my visit was somewhat uncomfortable due to the staff. As soon as I walked in, I felt like I was being stared at, which made me feel uneasy. Additionally, the store has a noticeable display of photos of individuals who have been caught stealing, which adds to the discomfort. To top it off, there's now a police officer on duty serving as their security.The area around the store is okay, and the convenience of their product range is a definite plus, but the overall atmosphere could be more welcoming.

I always shop at this store and this last time I went the guard was chasing us! Maybe he thought we were going to steal something and hide it in the baby car, but that's not why I work to have money and spend it on whatever I want and not let myself be known and have problems over a few dollars.

I always went to this establishment to buy and spend a lot of my money until today, which was the last. I use a backpack that has my phone, my medications and my money because I don't have pockets. They wanted me to leave my backpack on their counter. I explained to him the contents of my backpack and at 70 years old I did not go and steal for the first time in my life. Now I wonder... could it be that they don't want competition?

All kinds of home items needed last minute but beware & watch the prices as you get rung up by cashier - price was higher than marked - went back and no sorry or apologies given. Id go elsewhere unless its for convenience.

Good store apparently has everything for home and personal use. BUT!!! I had an employee who gave very bad service, I think she was from Puerto Rico, because of the way the customer treated me very badly and with zero kindness, I asked her to help me in the area of the aromatizing candles and she told me that she couldn't and that she was busy and couldn't. knows how to be kind. Don't go there, very bad attention

It is a very well stocked store. Unfortunately, yesterday I went and needed help and the girl I asked for help was very rude to me. I needed help for my wife's body lotion and the lady was on the phone and didn't pay any attention to me. I waited a couple of minutes and he was still on the phone. Bad attention if you are working, put down the phone because in any store you must be there for the customer. And I was in that area, if you go and see a short, plump girl, don't even talk to her, bad service, good prices.
