I just want to let the public know that do not come to this bank for the ATM, 80% of the time I have arrived it is always damaged, bad luck? I don't think so ! I have complained more than 4 times and they always tell me the same thing that it's not them, it's the technicians? It's a waste of time for one.I have witnessed how cards and money are left behind due to technical failure. There are no problems at the window. They need a manager who makes themselves heard and solves problems but does not have excuses for clients.

Not sure what others have experienced, but I have been treated extremely well, for my personal and business banking. Great service and follow up from Gina R. Parking in the back and close to me. No issues so far.

Too small , You have to make a line just to use the ATM , ridiculous !!!!Other Santander Branch’s are bigger and more organized but this one definitely need some attention

The worst.. Lines are always long.. Short staffed. Super slow and poor customer service!!! Tellers are always looking mad!! Where you visit for your banking needs should feel welcoming!! The only nice person is the security lady..

Tellers are just rude. Not welcoming at all. Especially the two Hispanic women that have been there the last year I have my account. They take forever for drive through service and can't even fill out a deposit slip as a courtesy. One star for the new guy who is not as petty as there are.

I visited the Santander location located on 466 Bloomfield Ave, Newark NJ. I attempted to make a withdrawal out of my account, I forgot my debit card at home so I provided my NJ Drivers License as identification. The teller, Dina told me I was NOT able to make a withdrawal due to not having my debit card; I advised I forgot it at home and needed to transfer money into my checking and make a withdrawal, she refused to honor the transaction since I did not have another ID. I advised she could verify my signature or account information but she refused and advised for me to go to the branch where I opened the account since THEY could verify the signature and she could not. I have never in my life experience such a thing; I have banked at Bank of America, Wells Fargo, PNC bank and never have I been denied a transaction for not having my debit card. I presented a valid government identification. This is sad and I will be moving my accounts elsewhere.
Such bad customer service and people skills.... There are ways to go about dealing with customers.

This establishment can definitely use some people skills especially Odalys Wong. I don’t know where she was trained to deal with the public but she certainly needs a course on how to treat customers. Horrible customer service, it seems as if you’re begging for money instead of just doing a normal transaction with your own money. Take notes Santander, not a good look for you.
