Cleanest store in this area by far, great selections & customer service is great. BUT, the food is down right Disgusting! Ordered a turkey sandwich on a hero with everything on it besides tomatoes & I literally only took 2.5 bites of the sandwich & tossed the rest in the trash, never again. Sorry

About 1 year ago I decided to give Rodriguez Family Grocery store a chance, to my surprise although the facility is a little tight , the service is great the staff is very friendly and the food, great sandwiches at great prices!

My experience with them over the past 20 years, has been 4 1/2 out of 5 stars. For it to be so tiny, it's pretty good. It's just one thing I dislike. Certain things happen in front of children in there from people off the street. I never have an issue with the staff in the store or the owner who is very awesome. I hope I can Rock out with them another 20 years.

unfortunately no empanadas when I came so disappointed about that. wings were good. 7 for $5.

If you're ever in the area by University hospital this place is great. It's a small store but the deli in the back has great food, especially the hot and cold sandwiches. I tried the cheesesteak sandwich and the turkey pastrami so far and both have been very good. You get a good portion of everything for about 1/3 the cost of a subway sandwich. The hot menu closes at 8:30pm, so come in earlier to order. They had milk, eggs, onions, lots of snacks and canned goods sometimes fresh food like mangos. Everything is a really good price.
