First time at Stamna Taverna. It's hard to find a good authentic Greek restaurant. We are glad we tried this place. The food is simply amazing and the service was great. This is our favorite Greek restaurant.

Best traditional Greek food. Perfect comfort food. Pastitzo, moussaka, spanakopita, avgolemono soup, stuffed grape leaves, and other wonderful authentic dishes. Cannot fault anything we've ordered. Delicious with fresh ingredients apparent. Don't forget to order the generous servings of dessert. Baclava, kourabiedes, orange cake, hot from the stove zeppoles covered with honey cinnamon. Everything is delicious. BYOB.

John and Jacob did an excellent job moving me into my apartment. They were very professional, kind, and fast! I wanted things handled with care being that I had a lot of glass and mirrored furniture. They did just that. John helped me from start to finish and went out of his way to be flexible with my uhaul delivery.

I've made many moves during my lifetime, sigh; John and his crew are by far the best movers I've ever used! In fact, I've used John and his crew 3X! John is detailed, professional, fair, kind, conscientious of one's wares, and above all honest! They can handle difficult moves too (with a smile and grace)! I love this moving company; the exclamations are well-deserved!

GREAT food and GREAT service! I myself am Greek so I am used to home cooked Greek meals, so I tend to be picky. The food at Stamna is as close to home cooking as you can get. My friend and I both has the souvlaki platters (lamb & chicken) and they were amazing. The chicken and lamb both melted in your mouth. The lemon potatoes were perfectly cooked with the right amount of lemon. In my opinion, this is the best Greek restaurant in NJ.

The food and service are absolutely great. Very easy location to get to because it is not far off the Parkway. We have been to Stamna quite a few times and the food is consistently excellent. I would highly recommend it to anyone who loves Greek food.
