I don’t like it when workers walk behind me or push me to buy things but at the same time I appreciate when someone comes to ask me if I need any help, there were two guys in the store, we spend about 10 minutes looking and neither of them came to ask if we needed any help so we left and went to the store in Newark and bought our clothes there

Given the terrible attention of their workers, I bought a suit and decided to change it after 1 week because my pants did not fit. their policy says that changes are accepted up to 1 month and when I went. what I received was mistreatment by their workers… ????

This used to be my store for good exquisite men's fashionable outfits. However I have been to that store 4 times now in 3 months and will not be going back ever. Each time the same demeanor. The worst customer service ever received. The two attendants behaviors was as if customers were being a bothered. I pointed out their rude attitude asking if they were actually going to help me with what I was looking for and they both argued with each other in their foreign language and rudely asked didn't I pointed you in the direction of the shirts? Mind you I was the only customer in the storeby then cause everyone else left having being treated poorly .So I went across the street to another store and spend $480.
