Worst Bank Ever. ATM machine took my money (deposit), DIDN'T credit my account, and now PNC Bank is saying I have to wait 10 business days before any action is taken. Feels like Robbery to me. It's this why they push you to make deposits through the ATM???

Ashikome Gamra, the branch manager of this location went above and beyond for the Newark Water Coalition. She squeeze us in last minute to help us set up our account. It took over an hr and a half to get it done. The branch had already closed and Ashikome was still helping us. As an Executive Director of a non profit and former retail manager I understand what customer service means and I am eternally grateful for such patience and dedication to helping the Newark Water Coalition. This is what I believe is the start of a great partnership with our local PNC branch! Anthony Diaz

Taiquon there was a supervisor training him. The supervisor was very rude and UNPROFESSIONAL attitude is nasty. I've been a member for over 20 years. I am so upset with the customer service. If I could I would rate them 0 stars. I'm not rocking with PNC.

This bank is so unprofessional the security guard was on the phone the whole time talking while I was asking questions the bank associates that were there payed me no mind one was busy with a customer but the other did not try to help me.This place should be shut down I was there today at 12:45 pm the worst I will never ever go there again horrible just horrible I told them I would write them a bad review.I don’t even want to give them a one star cause they don’t even deserve that !!!

Horrible!I would highly recommend that you use another branch. The people at this bank are grossly unhelpful. Their answer to EVERYTHING is to come into the office. Actually, I would recommend you use another bank. This one seems to be stuck in the 20th Century with no plans to move towards the 21st Century.

Iam at the drive threw in Newark central ave. You can just blame Covid for this lowsy service sorry but I’ve been on line for now 40 min and still have 2 cars in front of me come on now you have had all ready 6 weeks to make this wait better. I recommend use contacting the Pnc bank in Woodland park nj and have them show you how to run the business through the drive through. This is insane and I’m still on line as of now which is now 50 mins thank God I’m next but just imagine the elderly behind me. By the way have somebody outside stop the foot traffic and redirect them to the atm

Worst bank in the world. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. This bank is located close to my job is the only reason why I continue to try to visit this location. However every time I go to this location their machine is broken for New Jersey child support card holders. I think I will contact nj better business bureau and NJ child support to see what can be done about unprofessional establishment. They should honestly be closed down in my personal and professional opinion. The worst part about this establishment is that they make you wait in line only to tell you once you reach the teller that the machine doesn't work. The least they could do is put up a sign so they don't waste customers time. This is very frustrating. Within the past year I visited this location about 7 times and each time their machine is said to be broken. I think this bank is racially profiled.
