I went, worked out and used one of the massage chairs, a perk that comes with the PF Black Card and was very content (I had a dream about getting a neck massage the night before, so it hit the spot)! Lots of high school and college aged young people use this location in the summer, so it came get a bit hectic, but I tend to concentrate and avoid the crowd in order to get in a pretty intense workout. It's a good deal and so much less expensive than any of the other chain gyms.

Dear Planet Fitness Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide feedback on my recent visit to your facility. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with the customer service.
The staff at the front desk were not very attentive and seemed uninterested in assisting with my membership inquiries.
I understand that everyone can have an off day, but I wanted to bring this to your attention because I believe that good customer service is essential for a positive experience.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that future interactions will reflect the high standards I expect from Planet Fitness.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Staff is rude and unprofessional, laughed when I told him I would need to pay for parking because they do have a clear sign in the lot that says that you need to scan a key tag and not your phones QR code. When I walked i had to wait for the staff to finish a personal conversation before I could speak to them. Additionally now that u have the key tag, it takes 14 days to activate and you are supposed to park where in those 14 days? Literally 0 professionalism, 0 help.

Been close for weeks and they still trying to get money from me how when you not open then want me to travel somewhere else when my hometown is Newark you want extra money next month I think not you need to charge your regular price then add the other money for a different month do something

Good machines if isn't busy. If you have a car then parking is your biggest issue here. You can either park downtown at the meters then walk to the gym. Or use the parking garage. The parking garage is closest but it’s $18. You can get a parking keychain to scan at the entrance but it is $18 after an hour and you must be a PF home member at this location.

The employees need a crash course on customer service, & respect ,the boy I was speaking to over the phone was flat out rude and sarcastic!the coworker wasn’t any better either

Not the best location, good space and equipment but they need more and better staff. And they definitely need air purifiers or air fresheners and put up the AC on warm/hot days.
